This is thw 2nd time in a row that we had to wait for our food. This place is dropping in customer service, speed of service, and food quality. They should either bring back old managers or change something.

Been to this store so much my hubby thinks we live there! The food is always great and service is friendly. This is a relatively new store so still a few hiccups as they train new people and with it being so close to Grand Park it is quite a busy place many times. Worth the wait though when the food is so yummy. They also have a great variety of ice cream cakes in the freezer which we purchase quite regularly!

The girl that took our order was very pleasant, which is the only reason I gave them more than ONE star. When I went back up to the counter to tell them they needed more lids for the cups, the manager(instead of apologizing and taking the initiative herself) said«I’m lookin’ at you two, that’s your job…» The fries were over-cooked. When we left the restaurant, the right hand door was locked, which is a safety concern and against code in the event the building needs to be evacuated. We most definitely will NOT be back.

Experienced THEWORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE I have ever had yesterday. I received my food without my smoothie and told the kid that I was missing my smoothie, he took my receipt and walked away. After another 5 minutes of waiting I asked for a free drink while I waited on my smoothie, that was the only part of my visit that I appreciated. After I finished my food I was STILL waiting on my smoothie, the kid brought me a small smoothie although I had paid for a large. I told him I ordered a large and that it clearly said so on my receipt(which he had lost.) I went up to the counter and told the cashier(The only cashier that was up there during my visit) and he went back(while he had a long line of soccer players) and told the(smoothie guy?) that I still needed my drink. While still waiting I overheard the a woman ask if she needed to go tell the cashier that she still didn’t have HER desserts to which the kid responded«I don’t care go ahead» while he was busy texting in front of her. The cashier had told the kid to put his phone away since I’m assuming to DQ policy not to be texting on the clock. But the kid didn’t care and kept texting away while food and drinks were piling up in the windows. The funny thing is that the manager(Mike) walked past this kid several times while he was on his phone and did not say a word to him. After some more time waiting the cashier left the cash register yet again while there was a line forming to go make a woman her sundaes she had been waiting on and he finally returned and apologized with my drink. The only reason I give 2 stars is for the efforts of the cashier that was working(nobody had name tags except for the manager, but the cashier had a blue DQ shirt and glasses on) I’ll still be working in the Westfield area for another week but I WILLNOT be returning to this location. Update: The General Manager reached out to me on here and addressed the situation and invited me back to the establishment. It’s great to see management taking part in social media and addressing issues that customers have.***

Been to this new location about 4 times now and it’s been great everytime! Hot fresh food and of course yummy DQ treats. Can’t wait for the summer to sit out on the patio!

New DQ in Westfield should be a hit. Looks pretty much like the Carmel store but lots of outdoor seating for the muddy soccer crowds. Same menu, fast service, same great food. 5 stars plus plus
