Highly recommend Westfield Collision Center… Dom and Joe will work with you and with your insurance if needed. Their work is excellent and delivered when promised. Their prices are fair and competitive. I have had several repairs done — one better than the other.

The worst body shop!!! They lied that the insurance company gave them the approval to fix the car. They fixed the car and when we received a call from the insurance company that the approval never was sent, the body shop made us pay for it and told us it was our problem! Don’t trust them, try another place down the street!

I have never been so frustrated and misled by anyone like this before! When I first visited the shop to have my car evaluated for repair, they were so friendly and promised to take care of all the insurance headaches for me. Little did I know when it came down to having the car fixed and dealing with the insurance, all they cared about was getting paid!
They didn’t even check to see whether or not the claim was approved before starting work on the car. After they fixed it, the insurance said the claim was denied. On top of all that, their response to me was…“Well, you’re not going to get your car unless you pay”. Arggggh so annoying.
Anyway, if you want someone you can trust who will deliver on what they promise, definitely avoid this place. There are too many honest places to go to instead.

Absolutely WONDERFUL shop. Went above and beyond for me, accommodating my schedule completely. They even buffed out a few dings/​scrapes that were unrelated to the initial problem. And they were so friendly. I would recommend them to everyone.
