The owner and primary counselor, Amy Armstrong, has been involved in the counseling profession since 2006 and has experience working with a variety of clients including veterans, survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, mid-​life career changers, college students, and high school students.

Business Owner

Amy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from University of California, Santa Barbara, and later earned a Master of Science from California State University, Northridge. In 2006, she relocated to the East Coast and completed her hours for professional licensure. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey as well as a National Certified Counselor and Master Career Counselor.
