We had been going to Di Petro for several years and service was good. But in the last 6 – 8 months it’s gone downhill. We take in vehicles to get fixed and end up taking back several times to get fixed properly. And they charge additional each time!
Husband had his muffler system replaced on his car and it still sounds like glasspaks. They even welded the muffler and still noises. Could not find why electrical made lights flash on and off.
Had complete brake and rotors done on Van and after driving to Michigan there is smoke pouring from wheel well and they can’t find out why? Cost $ 1,900 for new brakes and rotors and I’m afraid to drive until I get cked else where. Paid over $ 600 to get air cond fixed and still does not work.

I had a tire with a slow leak. My wife had taken her car to Di Pietro earlier in the day (love those potholes!) and asked how late they would be open. 6:00 pm was the reply. She explained my situation, that I worked downtown and wouldn’t be able to get there until 5:30ish. She was told they would have someone there, late, to fix my tire. At 5:40 pm, I walked in, told them who I was and, sure enough, they were ready for me. At 6:25 pm, I walked out, got in my car with the repaired tire, and drove away. That’s customer service! Plus, they did a great job on both mine and my wife’s car. This was our 2nd and 3rd visit to Di Pietro Tyre Centre… it won’t be our last.

Got new tires and rotors for my MINI here last week and this place did a great job! Great prices, great service, super fast, and they even had WIFI and a desk that I could sit at so that I could get some work done while I waited :). I highly recommend them!
