Meet the Manager

Tracy H.

Manager

Tracy graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Ohio State University in 1999, with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Human Ecology, specializing in Child and Family Development. She is married to a wonderful man named Marcus and they have a six-​and-​a-​half year old son named Mace. Tracy has been blessed to work with children and their families in some capacity since graduating from college. She has worked as an Early Childhood teacher, an Administrator of a child care center, a Case Manager/​Jobs Counselor for the Franklin County, and a Help Me Grow Service Coordinator before coming to work with KinderCare in various capacities. Tracy has been the Center Director at Charring Cross for over five years now, and truly couldn’t imagine herself anywhere else!
