Pack Wrap & Send

Pack, Wrap, and Send is extremely reliable. The owner is very helpful, friendly, and trustworthy. He always gives me tips on the least expensive way to send my packages. I have never had any complaints from my friends and relatives who are receiving the packages. It’s worth a drive from the city. Hassle-​free confidence in this business!

The owner of this shop is so consistently nasty and surly that I will not ever go in again. I am tired of going in feeling pleasant and smiley, and coming out with my heart pounding. This particularly happens with exchanges that do not mean money comes to him, for example sending a pre paid package back to a spot like Amazon, Zappos etc. I guess he does not realize that though a person is NOW not earning him money, they likely have come in many other times for exchanges that earn him money. I’ve had enough.

I’ve frequented this place for years. I’ve never particularly loved the owner’s attitude, but it’s very convenient to my house, and I do quite a bit of shipping. I’ve also used them frequently for copies. When I walk in, I’m always happy to see the woman who works there, or the owner’s son… I’ve always preferred not to deal with the owner. However, I will try my best not to go back in the store again. Several times lately I’ve tried to get UPS envelopes to take home so that I can get them ready for shipping… and he refuses to give them to me. Tells me I have to bring in everything I want to mail, and then he’ll give me the envelopes? Yesterday, my husband went in and was told the same thing. What really perturbed me though was the fact that when I did return with the items I needed to ship (in envelopes I had gotten from the UPS store in LaGrange) and asked him about it, he blatantly lied and told me that I had never asked for envelopes before, and that nobody had asked earlier that day… even though I had waited out front when my husband went in and asked… and his attitude was extremely surly. Anyway, I highly recommend the UPS store in LaGrange. All of the employees are very friendly, and they will give me all of the UPS envelopes I want! And it’s only a mile away. I really like to support local businesses, but not when their customer service is below par.

I will admit that the first time I contacted Pack Wrap & Send to inquire about a color copying project, I was startled by the cost, which seemed steep. That said, I have been so very impressed by their work, and I honestly don’t think I’ve encountered such friendly, helpful customer service. I feel very good about supporting this small business, and encourage my neighbors to seek them out for printing and shipping services as well.

I have been using Pack, Wrap, and Send for my shipping needs for years. They are friendly and reliable. Their system stores addresses, which is wonderful around the holidays when you’re shipping packages around the country.
