Trixie’s Bakery & Café is a locally-​owned provider of delectable cakes, pastries, coffee, smoothies, and more in the Westerly area. In business since 2012, we are committed to providing all of our guests with high-​quality and delicious products. Each item is handmade from scratch, and we do our best to use organic and all-​natural ingredients when available. We also use sustainable and recycled products, practices, and vendors to help reduce our carbon footprint. Life is too short to skip dessert — stop in today or contact us for more information!

Established in 2012.

We have been open with a brick and mortar store since July 2014. We were established in July of 2012 in preparation of opening our dream bakery!

Business Owner

Angela has a double bachelors from Johnson & Wales University in Baking and Pastry Arts and Food Service Management. She spent much of her time in corporate food service working her way up from an hourly associate to multi-​unit manager. She loves baking and providing new and different options to her customers.

Great breakfast sandwich.
I was in westerly for a drs appt and needed breakfast. On the recommendation of my mom I came here. The pastries looked great. The baby cakes are a great idea (small cakes for two).
I was not in the market for sweets. So I picked a sausage egg and cheese on fresh bread. It was delicious.

I honestly haven’t had a good bakery item from here yet and I’ve tried it three times. I did hear the coffee was good but haven’t tried it.

This place is amazing!!! The best coffee in the area without having to drive to dave’s. Excellent service and food. Don’t bother with dunkin or honey dew, Drink real coffee!

This place reminds me of a coffee shop around the corner from where I went to college– and believe me that’s a good thing! There is a simple, clean, peaceful, comfortableness, about it while still showing some real personality.
There was a selection of muffins, scones, fancy small cakes, and coffees at really fair prices! I got a Chocolate Chip Banana Muffin (Great!), a chocolate chip scone (Really good), and a cup of apple cider from the local mill heated up for me.
Service was super nice and friendly. I look forward to going back again and trying one of their cakes or a fancy coffee.
