Bowling and bar food! Nuff said! Pretty clean for a bowling alley. Great for family, especially the kids. Food at bar is really good and reasonably priced. Nice to have in Westerly!

No, no, no. I am very disappointed in this money hungry, cheap supplied, and rude staffed place. Yesterday, my 3 friends and I decided to go bowling because we had free game passes. We had to pay 3 dollars each for shoes which I thought was fine. Towards the end of our game we hear an announcement saying what we thought was, «99 cent games ending soon.» So of course we wanted to continue paying so we went to pay and the manager said that it just ended and it was from 4 – 6 pm. It was 6 exactly and he wouldn’t let us have 99 cent games and said that the games were $ 4.50 per person, being that this was absolutely ridiculous we chose to finish our game and not continue. We also found out that the games ANDSHOES were 99 cents from 4 to 6 and we arrived at 5:30 and he never told us that there was a deal currently which is quite rude and dishonest(he obviously just wanted more money). There were absolutely no signs that indicated the deal, the only way you would know is if you were a regular or local which I am not! We ended up only paying a dollar more for that one game but we wanted to keep playing! Usually wherever I go and buy something, the employees are nice and try to give me the best deal they have but this man obviously just wanted money and he was very rude about it. Being that I’m still in high school and so are my friends, we don’t have a lot of money so the fact that this man did that to a group of teenagers really angers me. We also bought sodas from the bar and they tasted like bubbly water and were thrown away. This is also very disappointing for me because I had my birthday party here a few years ago and it was expensive. I was hoping I found a nice bowling alley but it is quite the opposite. There are no good vibes in this place, it is sleezy, outdated, unfriendly, and the machinery doesn’t even work properly! My friends and I ended up keeping score ourselves because the scoreboard was calculating the scores completely wrong! I will never go here again and I hope other people stay far away. Take my advice and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

fun place to bring the kids. They accommodate kids with the bumper guards and the guide rails so the kids don’t have to throw the balls.(don’t know the actual name of the device). interesting décor and great music. We will be going back.

Love the vibe here. Third time here. Pretty great place. Great prices, clean facilities, bar on premises. friendly staff. Relaxing, down to earth, awesome place. Never had the food but I heard it’s good.

Only came here for bowling so can’t really comment on the food. We came here on a Saturday and it was pretty empty and we ended up deciding on paying $ 13 each for unlimited bowling including shoe rental. Played four games and all in all it was pretty fun.

Only way for me to describe this place… welcome to the 80’s! If you like that, fantastic. It does need a bit of updating and the food situation is a bit strange. I’ve been to quite a few other bowling alley’s within a half hours drive that feel current, have great promotions and draw huge crowds all the time that are open and fun. I say Gordon Ramsey needs to come in and turn this place around!

We threw a 70 person party here after our wedding on October 27th. Dave Foss was SO incredibly helpful. He gave us a tour of the bowling alley and helped us figure out where to set up our DJ. He stored his gear and helped us set up. He was so kind and funny and accommodating to all of our needs. We arrived with our 70 guests and everything was ready to go. The bowling alley had a big costume party for Halloween and we all just partied the night away. Dave made sure we didn’t want for anything. He even set up a special bar for us with custom drink specials for our friends. We bowled for two hours and drank and danced and had a blast. It was a perfect experience. Thank you Dave and Alley Katz!!! I can’t wait to go back and bowl and reminisce :)

I like Alley Katz a lot. It’s a typical bowling alley. They have some good bowling specials during the week. I like to go Monday-Thursday, after 9. From 9 to 12 it only costs like 10 bucks for unlimited bowling. After league bowling ends they turn the lights down and play music, «cosmic bowling» style. They have a small game room with some video games, including Golden Tee and Big Buck Hunter. You can get food and drinks from the bar Cleats, which is attached to the bowling alley. Interesting note, this bowling alley is seen in the Steve Carrell movie Dan In Real Life.
