I a similar issue as the previous reviewer except Tony refused to return my deposit after his company couldn’t start the job by our contracted date. He basically extorted some of the money from me in order for me to get the rest of the deposit back stating that I «took up his time» and he was «entitled to the deposit.» This occured even though it was his fault that he couldn’t start the job on time. Stay away from these con artists… especially Tony.

I’m currently under contract with this guy, this has got to be the most unreliable person in the world!!! He was supposed to start my job on July 20th, He didn’t show up at all, not even a call saying I can’t make it. My wife called him on Wednesday of that week, still no call from him. He told her that the rain delayed another job that he was working on and that he would start our job after Wednesday of the following week — -he didn’t show up until Saturday of the following week. So, Saturday two guys showed up and started taking my driveway apart (I’m having blacktop and pavers installed). Of the two guys only one guy can somewhat speak English, so, there’s language barrier, the two guys did half of the driveway that day. The next time they were supposed to come was Monday of this week, at 10am I called and after 3 calls I finally got him on the phone and he said «because of the chance of rain they won’t be coming today». They showed up on Tuesday morning and started working, however, they were doing the wrong thing, I had to give them a rough sketch so that we were all on the same page!!! – language barrier. Was supposed to show up on Wednesday, my wife took the day off, but guess what— no one showed up;(. She called him explained to him that she took the day off expecting to see work being done. TONY The owner came over and they worked out the details of what the job entails. At the end of the discussion she was told that they would be over to work late in the afternoon, yet again no one showed up and no call was received. Don’t know if they will show up today Friday but I’m not holding my breath. Don’t use this guy he’s not worth the headache!!!
