Lets see where to begin. We walked in and wasn’t very busy. the Hostess wasn’t anywhere to be found and 2 employees folding silverware into napkins saw us but kept at their very interesting conversation, not even acknowledging us. Finally after about 3 minutes of standing there looking like lost tourist we where greeted. We where seated near the oven and kitchen. Main part of my review is the service. Our waitress looked like she was miserable and also acted that way. She was very short with our two 6 year olds that where busy playing with the dough when she finally arrived with the food. They didn’t see her with the food behind them and she shrugged her shoulders and kind of got upset at two six year olds. Lets add the soup took 10 minutes to come and it was the wrong soup. What took the cake was when I asked for a refill. I watched the waitress go to the bar that is wide open to the customers on the right hand side. You can watch the waiter or waitress fill your cup with Ice and fill it with beverage of choice. I watched this nasty ass rude waitress take a used empty glass sitting on the bar to be collected and washed. She grabbed the cup, emptied the ice, rinsed it out with running water, refilled with ice and filled up with Ginger ale. I watched this whole process and in shock couldn’t bring myself to tell her what I saw when she brought the drink back. I sat in disgust wondering who else was slobbering all over this glass, obvious loss of appetite after this. After I gathered myself I called the manager over and explained to her what i witnessed. She apologized and went to the back and brought out 2 trays of cups properly washed from the dishwasher and served me a ginger ale. Long story boring if this lazy ass, attitude having waitress cut a corner to bring a drink out I wonder what other corners are cut with cleaning and food prep. NEVERAGAIN… The food also sucked… My lasagna tasted equally as good as the Pizza Hut lasagna at Target, could of saved $ 15. My wife’s pasta was also tasteless and horrid.

Came here for years and slowly went downhill. Old staff all gone. Service tonight was horrible. Servers walking around miserable. Not that busy and took forever to get food. Server never came to check after meal served. Manager working in kitchen clueless as staff and never once left kitchen. Pizza burnt. Pasta over cooked. I could go on. Never going back. Way better options around. This less will be gone soon

I decided to stop here for a quick bite. I should of stopped by McDonalds instead. Our server is clueless and clearly has not acquired the skill of multi-tasking. The general manager was yelling at the employees in front of the client(talk about setting an example for your colleagues). The employees are arguing about who should service the guest who just walked in. This is by far the most horrific unpleasant experience I’ve encountered. Do yourself a favor and stay in and order dominos, it’ll be less painful and disappointing. The wings taste like rubber and the cups and utensils are filthy.

Let me star off by saying that place was packed. I’m not here to bash any restaurant, but to me this place was horrible. We ordered mozzarella sticks which were burnt and swimming in sauce as well the guacamole which I’m sure the chips came directly from a bag. For dinner we then ordered a regular pizza and a veggie pizza which to me was so bad that after a few bites I couldn’t even eat it anymore. Besides the food the place was nice and our server was really nice as well. Won’t be going back but like I said the place was packed so clearly people are loving something.

Nice little chain restaurant for some good italian eats. Their brick oven pizza’s are great! Any variety is good to order and depending on where they sit you, you can watch them make it in the oven. I will say their drinks are a bit weak but a nice addition to a dinner. Family friendly and good for large parties/occasions.

We’ve been going to this Bertucci’s about once a month several months now. Don’t usually like chains, but this is the exception. Great food, great service, great prices. Love the meatballs! Tuscan wings are delicious. Every time I go, I can hardly wait to go back!
