History

Established in 2011.

Owner John F. Chase opened RE/​MAX Alliance in 2011 with the intention of building a real estate office that supported it’s agents to the fullest so that the agents could focus on what really mattered, their clients. With over 26 years of experience in real estate, new home construction and land development, John F. Chase has a vast understanding of the local real estate world.

John’s background in residential and commercial building for over 25 years has given his team a tremendous amount of experience in the construction field.

John F. Chase has also worked for several large National Banks as a residential and commercial loan officer. This will help his clients with their financial needs and help to guide them through the mortgage lending process.

He was also a Police Detective in Law Enforcement until retiring his position in 1998. His passion for his law enforcement profession has created a deep loyalty to his fellow police officers and the public servant sector of the work force.

Being a long time resident of Cumberland County and the Sebago Lakes Region, John specializes in waterfront properties, single family homes, luxury homes, new construction and land development.
