Dunkin’ Donuts

I’m torn on how to write a review for a DD. What do I compare too? I’m deciding to base this review by comparing this location to other fast food drive thru’s. I will say I’m a big fan of Dunkin Donuts, mostly because the price is right and I don’t care how «upscale or modern» other coffee shops are trying to be in MAINE but the sizes are SMALL, MEDIUM, AND LARGE! I ordered a «venti» something or other at a Starbucks once and felt like a pretentious moron– never again. I say medium there, too. Sorry hipster barista, your $ 6 coffee isn’t worth it to me.
My go to staples for DD are the turkey bacon sandwich on a French roll and the chicken bacon sandwich on a pretzel roll. These are both tasty quick sandwiches that I often get for my lunch break at work. Now that it’s late August, they brought back pumpkin coffee! This is my absolute fave and I wish they would serve it year round! #yearroundpumpkin! It is noteworthy that I’ve gone to this location more than 15 times, and although I really only order the two above mentioned sandwiches with an iced coffee or bottle of diet coke, they’ve only messed up my order 1 time (that I’ve noticed). That’s pretty impressive for any drive thru!
This location is a little tricky with the parking situation, there is only a couple of spots right in front and they are used for the adjoining 3 – 4 businesses as well. You’re best bet is the drive thru– which is a lot quicker too. I’ve noticed when I’ve gone inside you do end up waiting an excruciating amount of time.
