Meet the Business Owner

James K.

Business Owner

Mr. Keil has a B.S. in secondary education, and is a former commissioned naval officer who served honorably during wartime. He is a widely published author and lecturer.

Prior to joining Stantec, he was a corporate sales and marketing manager for three Fortune 500 Companies in a number of regions of the United States. He served as a major policy-​making official in Maine State government, directing a 260 person bureau with a $ 35,000,000 operational budget. He was responsible for the state’s annual procurement of over $ 400,000,000 in goods and services, including design and contruction contracts for all public improvements, negotiation of, and management of all real property leases, management of the state’s Risk Fund, and was responsible for the operation of the state’s capital complex and capital repair and maintenance budgets on over 16,000,000 square feet of facilities.

He is currently on American Arbitration Association’s commercial mediation and arbitration panels, CP
