Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough

This place used to be really good. I bought a brand new 2012 QX56 from this dealership (most expensive car on their lot at the time) and have every single service done here. Starting about 1 year, maybe 18 month ago, the service from the service department went away with a cliff dive. I usually have my wife drop off the vehicle for service. Every single time they claim they do not have loaner vehicles. Couple times my wife waited for service. Other times we had to come back the 2^nd time, and again they told us the same story about running out of loaners.
This time Infiniti sent us a post card asking us to go back and have the timing chain replaced (major service). After making an appointment 1 week ahead of the time, I sent my wife to drop off the car in the morning. The service department manager tried to dismiss my wife saying it is not a big issue, but it is a big issue to have it repaired. I was in a total disbelief! If it is not a big issue, why would Infiniti spend the money and tell us to go back and have the car repaired? I don’t understand what is the deal here. If they are getting paid, why wouldn’t they want to take more business and satisfy their customers? BTW, the service manager tried to pull the «running out of loaners» game again, and gave us the «last one» after he had to «make sure» my wife made the appointment for the service.
I am going to get rid of the car and never go back to that dealership.

Pretty good experience each 3 month to do the maintenance. The car gets washed each time and the scheduling process is quick. Area of waiting is quiet, with refreshment, internet and TV.
Last time, the plug of a slow leaking tire did not work as well, brought it to a tire specialist shop, got I plugged from inside.
They are calling to remind us on that it’s time to do maintenance too. Some parts and service can only be found from here.

I walked in, and felt I had entered a shark tank.
I had called ahead to make an appointment to see a particular used car.
They «couldn’t find it» but offered to show me a «much better car».
Bait and switch turned me off …
then they «found» the car I originally came to see,
And quoted me a price that was almost double what they gave to my friend for a trade-​in.

I went to Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough to learn more about the 2016 QX50. It was my pleasure to work with Sy, who was both extremely knowledgeable about the car and exceptionally helpful in answering my questions. He made the entire process stress-​free and comfortable for the consumer. He also worked hard to give me the car at an affordable price — something I truly appreciate!
Car shopping can be stressful, but the right dealership makes all the difference. Working with these individuals who are proud to represent Infiniti was my pleasure. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone who is interested in purchasing an Infiniti.

Just posting this as a warning to other consumers more than a slam on the dealership. Service department will just go ahead and start replacing entire thing on people ignorant on their cars. They replaced a 1100 part on my car that didn’t need it. Check engine light still came on. Incompetent service specialists and apparent technicians. Very disappointed. Won’t be back. Please avoid unless you are under warranty.

I have been bringing my car here for service for about 4 years. Over this time I have noticed a steady decline in customer service and detail. If you call with a question you will get transferred to at least 3 different people and you will be lucky if one of them can help. I’ve had to call multiple times for quotes. One would think they want the business? Guess not! The service center is always very busy and customer questions seem to be pushed aside. I continued to bring my car here for the convenience of the loaner car they provide but a loaner car is not worth the poor customer service. As anyone with an Infiniti knows, service isn’t always cheap, I would expect better customer service and care to be taken. I will be bringing my car elsewhere in search of better customer service and attention to detail.

Keith was quick and attentive. Very friendly. I was in, and I was out in a quick 20 mins. Highly recommended.
I did come at an off hour but I was still very pleased with how easy the process was. Btw there was Dunkin Donuts, water, ice cream, and coffee.

Just purchased (leased) a 2015 Infiniti over the weekend. It was a decision that took me to multiple dealerships across the metrowest area and I experienced a varying level of service from each. As luck would have it, my last stop was at Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough. In an odd twist of fate, they were busy when I arrived and there wasn’t a sales associate available to help me test drive the car I wanted so I was introduced to the GM, James B. After a very warm welcome, James introduced me into the capable hands of John Corsi. While John is young, he has the knowledge and the sales savvy of a veteran. All of that is packaged in a person with a deep concern t make sure I got all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. During the whole process, I got the feeling that this dealership truly acts as a family dedicated to the dealership. Long story short, John was very attentive and was a large reason that we decided to go with Infiniti. His ability to get us the answers we needed combined with the family atmosphere that James the GM has created makes for an unbeatable combination. Oh, and the cars great too! If you are searching around, I suggest stopping in and meeting the family. They will take good care of you, answer your questions and make sure you are informed and comfortable with your decision. In the end, that’s all you can ever hope for.

We purchased a Certified Used Infiniti this past summer and we were very pleased with the entire process. I am trying to purchase a new Toyota right now and I am having such problems with dishonest salespeople or dealerships. I have to say I am even more impressed with this dealer after going through the sales process for another car. I highly recommend them!

I went in to look at an infiniti after searching over a month for the perfect car. Wael the sales representative was very knowledgeable and I give him kudos for his customer service. I test drove a car and was all ready to purchase the car until…
The finance manager was a real jerk. As soon as I met him he was degrading and insulting. It’s tough looking for cars alone as a young female so sometimes I get defensive but the way he talked to me was unlike any other experience I’ve had.
To summarize, I didn’t have my title for my trade on me (was still waiting for it to come in the mail after getting it registered) and was clear about it before they valued the car. Got all the way through the deal agreeing on a price (including the trade) and into the hands of the finance manager until they said they wouldn’t take my trade. It was a surprise considering I was honest up front and said I didn’t want to do the deal unless they took my trade. Not to mention they re-​ran the numbers without my trade (which was worth ~$ 2k which should translate to ~$ 40 higher payment a month) and all of a sudden my new payment was over $ 100 more a month. Something didn’t add up and I was done. Basically several hours lost for them to tell me no when they could have told me to come back and I would have understood.
As a normal New Englander, I got hot-​headed and started getting angry. I demanded my keys back and left. Clearly the sales manager didn’t care about the deal or else he would have introduced himself and tried to diffuse the situation. Wael tried to smooth things over and said he’d call me the next day after telling me that I was «tired» but I never heard from him.
Lucky for them, I took my business elsewhere!

I had come to Infiniti for an oil change on my G37x and while there ended up chatting with the sales manager about a potential lease trade in. I returned to the dealer a couple of months later and was paired up with salesman, John Corsi. John was extremely knowledgeable about the entire Infiniti line up and given his technical background, was also very well versed in the actual engineering and mechanical features of the Infiniti as well. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. I never felt pressured or rushed and he even went over and above and recommended a lunch spot (which was delicious) in the area. Although I ultimately decided to go with another brand of car (although I did stay in the Herb Chambers «family»), I would absolutely recommend Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough (and John Corsi) to anyone who is in the market for an Infiniti and who wants to deal with a smart, respectful, and educated salesperson.

I don’t write many reviews but after being to many dealerships, and their sales staff, I needed to take a minute to write a review. I purchased our Infiniti form Jonathan Stanhope who really made the process amazing. First off, as a car guy, he knew his cars inside and out. I was so tired of going to dealerships that know nothing about their own product, or cars in general. Jon and his managers were upfront, transparent and honest with great pricing. Best of all there is no, «hand-​off» where each guy ties to get another dollar out of you. I would highly recommend doing business with this dealership and Jon in particular.

I’m updating this review after having a few problems with my car. One that probably should have been caught (an issue with the manifold intake) and two issues Audi has issued TSBs on. I took my car down the first time a few weeks ago for the steering wheel shaking at 65 mph+ (one of the TSBs), they balanced the tires and off I went. Only a few days later it started shaking again when we were on our way to Brooklyn the following weekend, also during that trip the engine light came on and the oil level was down to about ¹⁄₃^rd on the internal monitor. We added oil, checked the gas cap, the engine light stayed on. I emailed Josh late Friday to let him know what was up. Heard back from him the following Monday, he told me they could check out the engine light and the shaking again but I would have to go to Herb Chambers Audi in Burlington for the oil consumption (one of the TSBs) and that they were already aware of the issue. I scheduled appointments at both. Went to Infiniti on a Thursday afternoon, waited about 2+ hours until they finally said the engine light was the manifold which Audi had to fix and had me test drive the car to get it up to 65 to show them the shake in the steering wheel which Audi would also have to look into. So essentially nothing was done at this visit. However, everyone I dealt with was very polite and attentive and both Josh and the used car manager Roman did follow up throughout the next week while Audi Burlington had my car. So, so far so good other than the long wait for nothing on visit 2 to Infiniti and the week I had to wait to get my car back from Audi Burlington, although that’s another review (a good one though :).

Bought a certified used car here in July. As part of the deal, there was an agreement to fix a few things after delivery (in writing). Needless to say, once the sale was done they could have cared less… First time I brought in the car at the time scheduled (7 am), there was no loaner available so I had to wait for a rental agency and ended up missing some meetings for work. One of the things they fixed was a total hack job which looked like crap. They even admitted it later on but did nothing to make it right. The service manager never called like he said.
I have had better sales and service experience at dealers which sell cars that cost a lot less.

Purchased a JX35 in April of 2012 and absolutely loved the car, the buying experience and the service from Herb Chambers over this past year. Unfortunately, I totaled my car in bad accident and was lucky to walk away with just some bruising. The car’s safety features and design contributed to this good outcome. I opted to buy the same car with additional safety features (Driver Assistance Package) from Herb Chambers and to work with my original sales representative, Anthony Carlino. Herb Chambers treats you like gold as a customer and I trust Anthony Carlino and felt as though he was working on my behalf throughout the entire process. Great experience and would recommend Herb Chambers and Anthony to my family and friends.

I came to look at cars here and I told them I don’t like pushy salesmen and they set me up with Anthony Carlino. He was so helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for and he gave me a good trade in for my older mercedes I brought in. He helped me out BIG time with financing, and when I picked up my car– he had candy and flowers in the car waiting for me! I came back a couple times with questions and he had batteries replaced in my remotes, and always was there right away to help me. He follows up every once in a while to make sure I’m still enjoying the car and that I don’t need help or have questions. Excellent customer service and above and beyond when it comes to establishing a friendly relationship with customers. They say come back anytime and they mean it. Great staff and super helpful.

I recently went to Herb Chambers Infinti of Westborough to purchase my leased 2009 Infiniti G37S. I had leased the car in Las Vegas, Nevada when I lived there and never really found a dealer around here that I felt gave me the same service as Towbin did in Vegas when I first leased the car. After several service issues at another Infiniti dealership in Hartford I decided to drive a little further to Westborough to visit Herb Chambers and I am so happy that I did! After much consideration about leasing another Infiniti or buying mine my experience was made so easy and pleasant by Anthony Fortes. Anthony has been fantastic throughout the entire process even calling the RMV to see when I will receive my title. I will absolutely buy my next Infiniti from him! I’ve told several friends and business associates about the great experience I’ve had there as well. Thank you Anthony and Herb Chambers for making this process so enjoyable!

I had purchased my previous three Infiniti vehicles from Herb Chambers in Boston, but the general manager James moved to the Westborough location so I chose to buy my fourth, and most recent, car at this location. Although the Herb Chambers Boston location has a great service department and friendly, helpful sales people, James is the main reason I chose to do business with them and I wanted to continue working with him. He truly cares about his customers and does everything in his power to help get them the best available deal for their needs.
The Westborough location is a little further outside the city than the Boston location (obviously) but it is certainly worth the trip. The showroom is beautifully maintained with a much larger selection of vehicles. From a warm welcome when you walk through the door, to friendly sales people, to a great service department, this location really has it all. By far one of the best car dealerships in the area. Beautiful cars and great people all around. Highly recommended!

This dealership was a fantastic experience when I bought my car. They explained the car to the finest detail. The salesman was very knowledgeable in his area and always made sure I did not have any questions. The General Manager of the store– Pranav Gill is a very professional man who made sure my first experience at buying a vehicle with Infiniti was everything I wanted it to be from the moment I walked in to the drive out of the parking lot. I go back here for all my services to this day and every service has been a fantastic experience, even when I wait, all the staff are lovely. I would only recommend this Infiniti store to anybody who would be looking for a car and even trade or buy your new car here. This was the best experience I have ever had with a car purchase and most professional.
