Family Dental of Westborough

I have been going to Family Dental in Westboro for years. Not only is the office bright and clean, but the staff is fantastic. Often you go to a doctor and two things happen: either the staff is good and the doctor stinks or the doctor is great and the staff is horrible. At Family Dental you get it all — a kind, knowledgeable, professional doctor and friendly personable staff. Family Dental is truly a win-​win.
In fact, Dr. Stoian realized I was suffering from seasonal allergies before any other doctor. I was always stuffed up with some minor sinus pain, and sure enough during regular x-​rays she asked, «do you have allergies»? Now I’m being treated for that and don’t suffer with it anymore.
My hygienist, Chris, is always a pleasure and makes my teeth all nice and clean. I love hearing about her Girl Scout Troop adventures.

I recently became a patient and had 3 visits with this dentist. Her staff is on top of things, very efficient and friendly. The dentist herself, the only dentist, wasn’t particularly friendly or communicative, and she services her patients on a piecemeal approach, jumping back and forth between patients, which I really didn’t care for. On my last visit, I’d been at her office for 45 minutes before she finally got to me. She said she had to get something and left, but I could hear her casually kibitzing about Florida with the patient next to me while she worked on his teeth. That was it for me. I left and have changed dentists.
