Sorry, guys. The young man who greeted us at the front desk when I made my daughter’s first dental appointment upon moving to Westborough was pleasant and professional. He was appropriately dressed.
I was looking forward to her first check up from a local dentist. My bad, I forgot to check my voice mail before pulling her from school that day.
I get to the office with her, & a sloppily dressed young woman informed me that they left me a message saying the «Hygienist called out due to issues with the weather. You’ll have to reschedule your appointment.» Front office also looked dirty.
What were the «weather issues», you may ask? It was raining. Funny everyone else in that small town managed to get to work that day in spite of the rain. I took my business elsewhere & found a great dentist within walking distance of me.

My husband and I both go to Dr. Perry after moving to the area a couple of years ago. We love EDC! Dr. Perry and all of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have never felt any pain while getting dental work done. They make sure you are always comfortable. I am so glad I have found such a great dentist!

I highly recommend! I went in for a root canal and every effort was made to make the process as pain fee as possible and make sure I was comfortable! I kept the message chair on and mostly watched house hunters with the in room tv while they worked on my teeth.
The staff was great! The Doctor was amazing and the work they did was perfect! I will never go anywhere else again!

For several years I have had horrible dental office experiences: either rip off places who used inferior labs and products or personalities that were not cut out to be with people. Elite Dental Care in Westboro is totally different. The office is clean, comfortable and Dr. Perry is confident and capable. She exudes personality and the procedures seamless. I had a crown made elsewhere that had given me problems from the start. I had it remade 3 times and had a root canal etc. Dr. Perry removed it, created a new CERAC crown and I was out of the office in two hours exactly. From the moment it was placed in my mouth it felt natural and comfortable.
The price is commensurate with any other quality dental office.
Staff is courteous and capable. What more could you ask.

Not a place to go, one girl tried collecting payment before work was done, then proceeded dropped things while I was stretched back in the chair, making the procedure longer than it should have been, the crown (which the dr was soooo pumped she could make with her new toy on the spot) was low grade quality. The Dr still works full time someplace else so you can only get apt two days a week & for all that going on, she charges top $. I understand it must be a challenge to get a business off the ground but don’t do it off my back.
Ps The hygienist was great, but Boo on the rest of you, get it together!
