When you make an appointment with a company, naturally you expect them to show up.
We were given a time window, and we waited, and waited, and then waited a bit more. Then, the time window expired.
We initially gave them the benefit of the doubt, and figured that they were running behind.
We finally decided to call, and there was no answer.
In turn, we waited a bit, and then tried to call again, only to speak with one of the rudest individuals that we’ve ever dealt with.
We were told that they had too many emergency calls that day, and that we would have to reschedule.
We found this entirely unacceptable, had made an appointment well in advance, rearranged our schedules in order to meet them, and never received a call to inform us of them not being able to make the appointment.
The long and short, after voicing our disappointment, we were sworn at repeatedly by the man (yes, you read that correctly-​we were sworn at) on the other end of the phone, who in turn, hung up on us.
We were in shock and in total disbelief! We have encountered poor customer service before, but this took it to a whole new level!
We called back multiple times, asked to speak with a Manager, and in turn, once again, were hung up on repeatedly.
Do not use this service. We cannot stress that enough!
These people should be ashamed of themselves!
We ended up using Bradford’s Ace Hardware in Hyannis, who came out when scheduled and did a great job! And, they were actually more affordable to boot!

Locked myself out of my car late Saturday night, called these guys and was back inside the car within a half hour.
Not sure what the price is normally because I used AAA, but I was happy with the service. Friendly and quick.

We made an appointment to replace my locks 3 days before arrival, for 2 – 3 PM. On the day of the service at the agreed upon time, nobody showed up. Nobody called to inform us about the no-​show. Upon calling them back they said that they had to deal with many emergencies and that they would show up between 6 and 6:30 PM. Apparently, emergencies trump agreed upon appointments, probably because these are more lucrative. At 8:30 PM still nobody had showed up and again no call back. Calling them back again the next morning, the gentleman picking up stated that he was not aware of upcoming appointments and that somebody else would call back in 5 minutes. Guess what, they never called back. My patience has been exhausted and of course I would not recommend to even try to call these people as that is already a waste of time by itself.
