I purchased a groupon thinking this would be so much fun for my granddaughter, instead it was the most horrible groupon experience ever. We received a return call after a month of leaving several messages. I called groupon to inform them what happened and they issued me a refund. Miraculously, we received a call back from someone at JEMSTABLES the same day saying they would still honor the price given and they even set up an appointment. The appt was confimed on the day scheduled, and I thought«it’s not as bad as it seemed, they may have had a bad moment«. Needless to say my granddaughter was sooooo psyched. Well shortly afterwards, someone called back saying there was a mixup and she was not taking any more appts that day. Sad to say, my gandaughter cried and cried. A sad moment for us all because she wanted to speak with them to know why they wouldn’t take her. I called a nearby stable(HASTYACRES) who was so sympathetic to the incident. They provided us with an appt for the following day even tho they had other appts booked. JEMSTABLES is no GEM!

Awful customer service!!! Purchased the Groupon and after almost a month of playing phone tags(honestly I only rec’d 1 return call from Nadia)… I had to ask Groupon to refund as they where not returning phone calls nor any emails… Poor business and should not be allowed on Groupon.

Got a Groupon for a one-hour lesson with my friend and it was a lot of fun. Nadia, the instructor, was friendly and helpful, and the class was only the two of us, so got good one-on-one time. Fun and recommended.
