Went in on a Sunday afternoon for some drinks and food. First the everyday drink specials are awesome, 4 bucks for a Long Island tea, can’t go wrong. We had the jack Daniels burger which was delicious. We also ordered the endless apps which is where things went wrong. Had the boneless sriracha wings which were just mediocre, not very flavorful or spicy. The crispy green bean fries were perfect, as usual. Tried the braised bbq beef tostadas which, to be honest, we’re kind of Nasty. The beef was cold and there was very little of it. They were piled with all kinds of cold sauces and slaw but it was just soggy and gross. The potato skins were just awful! Which is sad because I remember them being delicious. The potatoes were deep fried and whatever cheese they out on top was not only cheap but tasted grainy. Our server was really sweet so that’s always a plus. They also seemed to be out of a couple of things we attempted to order which was a bit frustrating. All in all not the best food I’ve had but id come again if not just for the drinks and green bean fries

food was good, our server Adam was phenomenal, the kitchen manager Chris Garribay was the worst. We went in for the endless apps, which were good, and at the end asked our server for a to go box, Adam advised us that he couldn’t because he would get in trouble, but would send the manager over to see if we could convince him to let us get a to go box. we found afterwards that on the menu in fine print it did say no take home containers, which we would have been fine with as we understand rules are rules, even if last time we had the endless apps we were able to take a to go container. The problem today was when the manager came out to talk to us he was a complete jerk. He started off saying absolutely no to go containers for endless apps. When i asked about the wasted food he said he didn’t care and that there were no exceptions. To make matters worse when I told Chris that we had been able to get to go containers on our last visit, he responded with«point out the server who gave you boxes, and I’ll fire him or her right now.» that’s not good customer service. Both my fiancé and I who went in to eat have worked in restaurants as servers, and I’m a supervisor dealing with customer service. I don’t know how Chris Garribay got his job, but it wasn’t by being polite and friendly to customers. We’ll never be back to ANYTGI Fridays, and definitely recommend anyone who wants a good experience not go to this TGI Fridays, especially not when Chris Garribay, the kitchen manager, is on duty.

I called in the day before to secure a lunch time reservation for a business lunch with a dozen of my colleagues. The person taking the reservation said we were set and that she would call to confirm the next day. I didn’t get a call so I called the restaurant about an hour before. good thing I did because she had us on the wrong day but the manager took quick control of the situation and assured us good seating. We all got there and they were waiting for us. Our service was great and our orders came out in a timely matter. The menu there is HUGE… but I was a bit surprised on the pricing… it seems really high with alot of items over the $ 20 price point! Everyone at the table got a variety of entrees, sandwiches, salads, pasta and I had the sizzling chicken and spinach plate. My food was delicious and I would get that dish again if I came back again to Friday’s. Nothing special but it was OK.

What a joke!!! Every time I go out of my way to give this place another chance they keep disappointing! Why??? Why do you hire people that are CLEARLY on drugs? The service has been great just one other time, I wish I knew her name to give her a shout out. Everyone else is just a fucking joke! I even complained to the manager last night about our server and his inability to engage with his customers and even the manager could care less! Big fat middle finger to you TGI Friday

My family and I visited this TGIFridays late on a Friday evening after seeing a movie. Despite it being so close to closing– we received 5 star service. Our waiter greeted us with a kind and energetic smile — he was attentive to our needs, and checked in to let us know when to expect our meal. Despite having a somewhat atypical order(we were sharing meals — because we weren’t hungry enough for a full meal) — the kitchen delivered — our burgers were split into two plates, they were prepared to the perfect doneness, and all was fresh and tasty. This isn’t the first time I’ve had such excellent service at this location… every time I go, I am made to feel that the team at Friday’s sincerely cares about my patronage. Thank you for setting the bar high TGIF– I remain a loyal customer because of it!

Ate at the bar, service was good and fast, food was average, I had the jack sampler plater which had ribs, Cajun shrimp and Jack strips, and came with the Jack Daniel dipping sauce. Price was fair I guess, but non alcohol beer like ODOULS should not cost what you can buy a six pack for. But later that evening stomach cramps, and bathroom calls. … probably won’t return

Unfortunately I can’t give TGIF3 ½ stars but they aren’t quite 4 stars. What we ordered: *Jack Daniels chicken with two sides. *Ribs and fried shrimp combo with two sides. *Boneless chicken appetizer with jack Daniels sauce. *French onion soup *brownie sundae dessert. The breakdown: French onion soup– came out very hot and the onions were delicious from soaking up all that broth. The crostini was crispy and it was VERY cheesy! I would order this again. Boneless chicken appetizer: THISALONECANBE A MEAL. As an appetizer, I was thinking small and only a few pieces of chicken but nope! This appetizer alone is plenty and definitely meant for sharing(see picture.) I took home leftovers. The Asian in me will eat it with rice tomorrow lol ;) Grilled chicken with spinach and Mac and cheese: the chicken was tender and covered in sauce which I find very sweet so ask them to go light on the sauce bc they drench everything and I mean EVERYTHING in it. You can choose your two sides that come with each entrée so I chose fresh spinach and Mac and cheese. The spinach was sautéed and I wish it wasn’t. It wasn’t bad, and it comes with sautéed red onions and Parmesan cheese shavings. It was still lacking flavor. Be sure to add salt and pepper. The Mac and cheese– disappointment. It tasted old. It was a side of noodles that someone just threw grated cheese on so the bottom of my noodles were sauce less and cold. I wish it was creamier and the cheese was more incorporated. The good thing is that they actually know how to cook their noodles al dente which was nice. Ribs– no complaints. Juicy, smokey, tender and a good amount of meat. I would get the ribs again. Brownie sundae dessert: very rich! The brownie was warm and the hot fudge was HOT! Be careful before digging in. The caramel sauce added an extra sweetness that isn’t necessarily bad. Verdict– I’d come back here if I was too lazy to cook at home and needed something quick. The portions are great and even though it was busy, our server was attentive. Kudos!

After we were say(by the very unwelcoming host) we waited over a half an hour before anyone gave us the time of day. We were close to walking out. You shouldn’t wait that long just for your server to acknowledge you.

Not bad for a retail chain. The ribs were yummy. Their jack daniels chicken was very tasty. Good selection of appetizers. What? They know how to make a drink called«AMF». Nice… I mean this is Utah, right? Quite impressed with their menu. Only complain I thought was the less than average size portions. Other than that it was a good experience.

So… I get an hour lunch break like most ppl. And my husband was able to meet me for lunch today which is really special due to its rarity. We choose this place. It takes HALF an HOUR to get one dr pepper. My mango lemonade is apparently too difficult for someone at the bar to make so even though I ordered it at the same time as the dr pepper I didn’t get it. Seriously. Then our waitress seems seriously surprised that we decide not to order anything and just leave. Told her I didn’t have another hour to wait. At least she didn’t charge for the drinks. Went to Rumbi instead.

$ 22 for a beer on tap? 12 for a burger? Hmmm. This is why I don’t come here that often.

Yeah! 5 stars for a chain restaurant! Can you believe it? I can’t! But it’s true! I was looking for flaws, I promise, and I couldn’t find one. We’ve been here multiple times and have never had a bad experience. Great food. Great service. Even when it’s crazy busy! Menu recommendations: — Jack Daniels flat iron steak. I always get mine medium rare and it’s cooked perfect every time. It’s got a great marinade in it that’s sweet and flavorful and come with a side of the sauce. — They have great appetizers. The mac and cheese bites and the fried green beans are my fav! — They also have great sides. They taste fresh. And even if they’re not, they got me fooled. — Great cocktail menu. If you’re into that kind of stuff ;) this is actually where I ordered my first adult drink on my 21st birthday! I totally forgot about that! Just remember as I type great cocktail menu. I’m sad they’ve closed other locations here in Utah. But this one is not too far from where I live. So go ahead and enjoy Friday any day of the week!

Here is a Haiku describing my experience at this location: Good food and fun times Waiter was friendly, but lo, My glass was not full. In other words, the food was pretty good and the environment was fun and casual. I had the sizzling chicken & shrimp and was not too impressed especially because the shrimp still had the tails on them. I don’t mind that so much except that the shrimp was covered with marinara sauce. My wife got the bleu cheese stacked burger and said that it was very good. According to her the fries were awesome. If you are going to get dessert, get the salted caramel cake. It was pretty tasty! Although I feel like the food was a little overpriced for what you got, the service was welcoming and friendly enough. But, as was referenced in my haiku, our waiter could have done better at being on top of the keeping the drinks full.

I was really pleasantly surprised by this location. We went on a Friday night and it was busy but not too long of a wait and the service was great. Our waitress was great. Really on top of everything. I ordered a steak and it was cooked perfectly. I had my 3 kids with me and they made sure to get the food out to them really quickly. I think this is the only location left near me and it makes sense because it was so great.

Worst time ever. Waited 30 min to get a dirty table. There was food on the floor around our table(literally a lobster tail and fries ect). We received our cold appetizers before our drinks came. After receiving our entrees my wife found a hair on her steak, notified our waitress about the hair and then got accused about the hair being my wife’s. My wife has red hair and the hair on her steak was black.(our waitress Breanna G has black hair). They removed the meal from our check but we were rushed out, not even offered dessert. Won’t return again. Save you money and eat else where.

Meh. They have a zillion TVs but when I want to watch UFC on ONE of them it’s impossible. The manager explained to me that basically half of them are connected, which doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. Why have so many TVs if you can’t control them separately? One specific tv controls audio so we couldn’t change that one. I told the manager what channel and she still couldn’t find it after googling the channel. I googled it in 10 seconds. The struggle is real. Beer is expensive, liquor is expensive, food is overpriced. One saving grace was that Jack was their well whiskey. I am impressed. I wouldn’t come back.

Firts of all when you go to restaurant you see the menu an the first thing you see is the appetizers. For me appetizers is for sharing with the rest of the group, but is not this way for TGI they told us we couldn’t share our appetizers so I was really upset for that so I know I won’t be going back to the this place.

I go to Fridays often for business meetings knowing they can get us in and out in a timely manner. We always come in large groups and they can always accommodate. Our food always comes out hot, fresh and correct with all our changes to the menu. Our drinks are always kept full while keeping a respectful distance while still meeting all our needs. The menu is ever changing they always have another great appetizer to try next! They will let you try the jack Daniels sauce if your not sure you’ll like it and lots of other dinning comforts. I especially love the bar here and the variety of liquors.

Fridays always sounds good when you see their commercials but never seems to live up to the hype. I got the Corned Beef Sliders and baked potato soup. The soup had no flavor and was thick and gluppy, the best part was the cheese and bacon on top, when that was gone the soup was done. The corned beef slider on a pretzel bun was OK, very one dimensional, over powered by the salt on the meat and bun, the mustard added some relief but there was not enough to make a difference. We went for lunch, service was slow as was the food delivery. Lunch needs to be quick to fit into a 30min — 1 hour time frame, they did not succeed. When you factor in the high cost there is little reason to come back.

Blue rasberry lemonade slush Strawberry lemonade Pinot grigio Apps: spinach dip. Clumpy, and bland. Have had much better at other chain restaurants. Cajun shrimp & chicken pasta Chicken piccata Both were bland and looked as if it was sitting under the heat lamps too long and probably were because we waited waaay too long to receive our food. This was my first time here and probably my last. Hopefully i just ordered the wrong dish and will have a better experience next time. There are definitely better tasting chain restaurants in the area.
