Okay, so maybe this review isn’t about the food — which is pretty good overall, entirely to taste, etc… but rather it was about a Disney-like experience. I was greeted with sunny smiles all the way down the line, happy«thank you“s, and table service. When, as the klutz I am, I dropped my drink, it was quickly cleared and like magic another equally as smiling face appeared with a fresh cup. I walked out of there with the sudden urge to sing Zippity Do Da. It’s only lunch but dang if it was a just a bit surreal.

A rip off. I can’t find the place in Murray on state street but this place is a total rip off. We got a sandwich that was high priced but nothing like they said it would be. The protein salad was also a joke. I know the place in MURRAY is really but a ad sign right off the quantity is small and don’t go by the pictures of the foods.

Love your food but I was sad to see that you currently don’t have any type of rewards program for you loyal customers. It would be great to receive some discounts or special offers for those of us that are regular’s.

Awesome food I recomend the chipotle salad and italian club. However the reason for the poor review is due to the poor checkout process. You have to repeat your order 3 times, 1 at order, 1 at put meal on the tray, 1 to check you out. I would prefer to order, and pay and eat not repeat myself.

You know that moment when you have had a horrible day at work and know you’re too cold to cook at home, then you see that familiar sign of Zupas. I got warm by ordering my favorite soup, Tomato Bisque. They even indulged me by giving me almost as much orzo pasta as soup and yes that is just how I like it. I even have some salad left for what better be a much better day at work. Even if it isn’t I have a salad from Zupa’s so that’s a great start. The prices are fair, the food fresh, it improved my mood and that is one hard thing to put a price on.

I love the Zupas chain… but this location needs to get it together. Every time I go in, I ORDER the same thing, but i GET something different. I order the Chipotle Chicken salad… sometimes it comes with guacamole, sometimes it doesn’t…sometimes it comes with tortilla strips, sometimes it doesn’t.

Pretty good tasting food — but overpriced for what you get, and not anything you can’t make by yourself at home. The girl who took my order wasn’t really listening and made the wrong salad. The manager came to fix it and made it wrong again. I took it back and they made it wrong a third time.

I love Zupas on a cold day. Their lobster bisque is good with some Asiago bread. And one of their paninis. I haven’t try a salad yet but it looks delicious. Their desserts are also tasty.

We were visiting from out of state and found café zupas here on Unilocal it was prefect, exactly what we wanted. The menu was not to bad if you do the combo 8.29 for a sandwich and half a soup with a piece of bread and a chocolate covered strawberry all was fresh and very good

I recommend Zupas to everyone I know, especially my traveling friends coming in town. Zupas is my favorite restaurant in town. I always get a panini(amaaaazing Cuban!!!) and a soup. Zupas has the absolute best soups. Their soups are as good as $$$ price range but only $. Thank you Zupas for bringing amazing food at an affordable value price. One happy customer. Favorite soups are the wild mushroom bisque and the lobster bisque.

Tried Zupas for the first time and loved it. This beats the hell out of Subways. I ordered the Chicken Basil Sandwich with the Lobster Bisque and throughly enjoyed both. The place has lots of seating and a friendly and helpful staff. They do have a signs on all the tables which say«please don’t save your seat» which is really strange in my opinion. I can’t wait to try Café Zupas again on my next visit to Salt Lake City.

Great healthy lunch at a fast pace! I got a Friendly greeting and personal recommendations at the door that was very helpful with my choices, got the«Try 2 combo» for $ 8.28, I chose BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich with Tomato Basil Soup, Fresh is the word of the day here, including the bread :), very popular for a workday lunch on the run. I’ll be back… :)

Speedy delicious food! The cauliflower soup and pesto chicken sandwich are so good I have a hard time ordering anything else. I have never once been disappointed with anything I’ve ordered. The manager here is great and the customer service is spectacular. Everyone is friendly and helpful without being obnoxious.

Zero stars! They are more concerned with moving you along the line than they are with actually listening. I ordered a half soup — half turkey with cranberry sandwich and was charged close to $ 11. I cannot confirm the actual cost or what happened because I did not receive a receipt, but the menu said $ 7.99 for half soup/sandwich. I asked for a receipt and the lady spun around to clean the soup sample cup bin. I guess I need to SHOUT? I received a turkey sandwich with avocado — I detest avocado. So I told the lady it was wrong. She took back my plate and said thank you have a nice day. I waited for a replacement but never got one. Later the bus boy that cleared my party’s table simply said«sorry» when I asked what was going on. Actually, I’m sorry. I’m sorry I went there. The place got busier and busier and after an hour I lost hope that I’d ever see my order. My friends had to leave to get back to work so I had to leave with my $ 11 dollar cup of water. Bravo guys.

Café Zupas is a sandwich, salad, and soup joint. I’ll admit that I wasn’t expecting to be very impressed because it’s a chain, but I couldn’t have been more wrong! The menu offers a wide variety of options that are very reasonably priced. We ordered two sandwiches, a salad, a soup, and a drink for under $ 20. And we got a TON of food for our money. Next time, we will definitely be sharing. As for the food, it was really good! As someone who is making a concerted effort to watch what I eat, I really appreciated all of the fresh and healthy menu items. Overall, our experience was great! And because it’s the healthiest option in the area, we will definitely be back!
