The UPS Store

This UPS store is right off of Riverdale Rd. It has its own parking lot, so you can get off and on Riverdale Rd really easy. It is also really close to the movie theaters, dunkin donuts and CVS. Across the streets are more shops. I really don’t mind this location.
I was dropping off a return, which I always like to have the return receipt. You never know what is going to happen. The clerk was extremely fast, did not waste any of my time. She even gave me the receipt before she taped it up.
I will definitely use the UPS store again!

The service was fast and courteous. I was returning an Amazon package and was in & out of the store in 30 seconds. It arrived at its destination on the next day.

Wow, this really pains me to write because I grew up proudly in West Side and shipped and received many many packages from UPS over the years. My friend Rick was kind enough to go to Atkins and get a slew of priceless baked goods and precious produce I grew up with and waited years to get!!!
These incompetents damaged the shipping of perishable items not once but twice!!! Yes Twice!!! It took a week each way to get there which is the bare minimum and worst of all they didn’t even have the courtesy and professionalism to refund my friend’s food and shipping costs, as well as to offer to ship it right and overnight as such items should be treated.
I wouldn’t pick UPS to pick their nose, let alone ship such priceless packages! I’m having him go with FEDEX, as I have never had a problem with them. God only knows that someone on the UPS end was slamming around my packages on the plane, truck or anywhere within the transit process. If you are putting your trust in UPS for food, expect to be VERY angry and disappointed! Be forewarned.
