Definitely not the best Subway I’ve been too. Service was fast, but was cold and impersonal. The food in the case looked old and dried out, and it shown in the taste. I was not given napkins and had to ask for them. There was some shady ass people in there that looked like junkies. I’ll pass on this Subway next time.

I rarely get grossed out. This unfortunately, was one of those times. I heard an employee sneeze in the back of the store. That same employee then came out and made a sandwich. Yes they put on gloves but it still didn’t change the fact that they came out way too quickly to have washed their hands. No thanks. Also, this place was severely lacking customer service. «What do you want. What do you want on it. Ok.» Am I annoying you because you need to do your job? Um I’m sorry. Wait. No I’m not. I’ll definitely go elsewhere with a better(and cleaner!) staff.

I don’t know what else to say about it – it’s Subway. You walk in, order a sandwich, they make it for you, and that’s that. Their hot sandwiches aren’t as good as, say, D’angelo’s, but their cold cuts are good, their hot grinders are decent, and everything’s pretty affordable. Also, I’m happy to report that the service here is a notch above pretty much every other Subway I’ve been to. Everyone’s super friendly and chatty, and they do a good job making your sandwich. So, overall, it’s a good option for lunch. I’m just docking a point because it’s far from the best sandwich place in the world(you’ll probably want to go to some mom-and-pop Italian joint for that), and the location sucks(too small, awful parking, moron Massachusetts drivers who park behind you and block you in, etc). I was debating giving them three stars, but given how often I come here, the value, and how consistently decent they are, I’ll give them four. I wish they’d move to a location with better parking though.

This is the best Subway restaurant I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. My favorite sandwich artist there, Marius, is PHENOMENAL! He really makes the difference when it comes to my lunch selection. Everything about this Subway has made me a fan. I must share one negative experience however. A co-worker of mine ordered a foot long cold cut grinder. Much to his surprise, the only turkey-based meat on the sandwich was bologna. My co-worker refused to eat a foot-long bologna sandwich while shouting«I am not 10 years old!» He went on a rampage, verbally attacking everyone in his presence; some of us were afraid he was going to get physical and even attack us with his foot-long bologna sandwich. This co-worker was changed forever from this incident; I am still waiting for the jubilation return to him, but it has been 8 months and he is still a very cold man… cold like a cold cut combo from the Subway.
