We offer a diverse collection of services which are designed for building and acquiring a life of optimal wellness in mind, body & spirit.
A client-centered approach is used to support the individual, taking time to listen to concerns and develop an integrative plan of action tailored to the modalities best suited for the client’s interests and needs.
A customized program may involve hypnosis, emotional freedom technique, energy modalities, nutrition and health counseling, to name a few. The client has an opportunity to choose from any of the services applicable to their concerns.

Business Owner
Luisa faced health challenges herself in the past, and traditional medicine simply wasn’t helping. She wanted to heal her body, so she turned to alternative medicine to get her back onto a more holistic wellness track. The knowledge she gained from her own experience motivated her to pursue advanced education in a variety of healing modalities, deepening her studies of the connection between the mind, body and spirit. She holds degrees in the field of Hypnosis from the American Pacific University and Infinity International Institute, and is a Hypnosis Instructor of the International Medical Dental Hypnotherapy Association. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition, and has trained as a health coach in NYC. Luisa is a certified Reiki/Karuna Master Practitioner/Instructor and a Quantum Touch Practitioner/Instructor, as well as an NYS Licensed Aesthetician.
