Buyer beware the Groupon is a sham! As the gentleman who comes to your house (who is also the owner of the company but he won’t tell you this) will tell you the Groupon just brings them to the house doesn’t include any chemicals! Beware you do not want them cleaning your carpets. They use way too much water and who knows what chemicals. Took two full days for my house to dry and one of my carpets is completely ruined! Contacted numerous times said they were coming to fix and no showed no called both times! Trust your intuition they are misrepresenting themselves and it’s a fraud! To further make matters worse gentleman said he forgot his credit card scanner and could only take a check. So now only recourse I have is small claims court! Trust me this wasn’t done because he forgot credit card reader as the owner he should have access it was so I would have no recourse… Groupon is doing themselves a disservice by allowing them on their site because it makes them look like they are part of the sham. DO NOT purchase groupon or any other services you will regret it!
