The Bounce Spot

This was my second time holding my party here and will definitely be my last. They overbooked so we couldn’t get into the party room until 10 mins before all the kids came in. The host was nowhere to be found! He was supposed to take a group pic of the kids prior to coming into the party room which he never did and we never got the pic. We also didn’t get the backpack we were supposed to get for the party girl. He did not play any games for the kids whatsoever. And what topped it off was one of the kids threw up outside of the party room and he was trying to have me clean it up. He claims they don’t do that and my husband got on their case n had them clean. Waste of money and time! Don’t come here.

I just had my son’s 7^th birthday party here on Saturday, it was our first time there and my son and all the kids had a great time thanks to the staff! I would recommend The Bounce Spot to anyone look for a great way to spend there kids birthday. The cost was great and to be able to have up to 20 kids at the price the gave me and to have a Oakland Raiders Theme was great.

I purchased the Groupon offer so we could take my niece’s daughter for a fun-​filled family night on a Friday evening. All customers were asked to sign-​in, remove shoes, and offered a cubby to stow items during playtime.

Once inside there are three large rooms with several inflatable bounce structures in each room. The children quickly befriend one another and begin exploring all of the structures showing one another different points of entry or hiding spots. Occasionally the inner child of a curious adult decides to test the structure, but for the most part the children play cooperatively with the minimal assistance of adults.
One of the rooms is equipped with basketball hoops and gym mats for those who need a break from all the bouncing.
Children can spend hours in this place, and usually it’s the adults who decide it really is time to go.
There are a lot of activities (e.g. Camps, birthday parties) offered at this facility, and it’s definitely worth checking out!

If you have a lowered car, you will not make it over the speed bumps getting into the parking lot. Go around the backside. This is a big bounce place, lots of rooms. Of course it smells like dirty socks but what do you expect!

What a disappointment. Started off okay with the bounce house. When it came time for the party room the host was nowhere to be found. Paid for themed piñata but they ran out and didn’t seem to care. A waste of $ 300 included subpar pizzas and bland chicken wings too. The host was new and felt overwhelmed. This place was also stuffed with ghetto fab peeps who seemed to get all the attention from the hosts. They overbook, bait and switch with their piñata sans goodie bags and didn’t deliver a wow experience as promised. Will not repeat.

The inflatables are nice, the kids had fun, BUT, beware if you organize a party there for your kid!
A host is supposed to organize games and make your child feel special: well that didn’t happen at all.
During the 1.5 hours of bounce time, the host was there 10 minutes only. She organized one game, then for the second game, she told the kids to play hide and seek and she left.
My child went to see her several times to ask her to play games and she turned her down every time with the excuse that she had to prep the room for the reception part… so it seems that it takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes to set up 4 table cloths and 20 plates: very efficient!
We are pretty disappointed with the quality of service. This was our second party there with the same experience — and it will be our last.
When we booked the second party, we asked if the host would be more involved and were assured she would be. We were also told that they were now screening their hosts with more attention. I guess I have different standards, 10 minutes and barely a smile is not what I call a great service.
02/​25/​2015 Update: The owner contacted me regarding the review form I filled out at the party and was very concerned. She assured me that this was not your typical experience. She will talk to the host and offered me several options to compensate for our party. She was really nice and showed real concern.

Brought my 20 month old here recently. At 1^st she wasn’t really loving it, but once she got the hang of it, she loved it!!! I am a stay at home mom, so I am always looking for activities and things to do with my child that will not be too expensive. This was perfect! we came on a Friday you can be there from 9am-​11am for only $ 5. I brought lunch and we took a break in between to eat, take a break and relax before going out to play again. I love how they have bounce houses geared towards different ages, at the front they have one that is smaller and better suited for the younger crowd (which is where my daughter was playing most of the time) and they have a huge slide, 2 bigger bounce houses and one where kids can climb and come down a slide geared towards bigger kids too.
My daughter was very entertained while we were here. There were maybe a total of 5 kids total in attendance, which was kind of good, but I was definitely shocked! I thought there would be more kids.
I think they also offer an after school program. And you can rent out the space for birthday parties.
I think it was awesome for only $ 5… But it is a bit plain, they are lacking something… I don’t know what? Well my child was entertained so it was all good for me!

My daughter had an awesome glow party here! The staff was wonderful and the kids and adults both had a blast! I’d say this was the most stress free party I’ve given my daughter in 7 years!

Nothing really special here, was hoping for a lot more. We live in North Natomas so Climbaroo is very close. I guess we were expecting better then what we play with here. And Climbaroo is $ 8 to play and The Bounce Spot is only $ 5, so we gave it a chance. Well we will stay on this side of town now because this «Spot» didn’t even keep my daughters attention for 45 mins. Hey «Bounce Spot» come out to Natomas and check out Climbaroo, you might pick up some great ideas. Your spot is bigger and you can do more then they can with their limited space. We are pulling that you add more to make it better. Until then sorry but your just not worth it.

Cute spot for a party. Seems over priced. nothing exciting or different than any other warehouse with jump inflatables in it.

Love this place so far. My only complaints are the hours available for Open Play! I wish it were more often and various time slots available.

This bounce spot «kingdom» is amazing.
Huge indoor facility that is all about play time.
Highly recommended for a birthday party or just for a fun time with the kids.
A great mix of sliders, jumpers and obstacles.
This place is extremely friendly and inviting.

Love this place! Came here twice. First a bounce day with our 5 year old then Valentine the other day. Unexpected parents night out and me n hubby went to dinner! Wonderful staff catered to our only daughter! Wish we had this in LA!

I have been to the Bounce Spot on many occasions with my son and had no problems before. I decided to book a party for him and called them for more information on four separate occasions (once leaving a message on their answering machine). EACH time they put me on hold for more than five minutes. I call back thinking they may have accidentally disconnected the phone call but they do not pick up after. Frustrated, I had my husband call them on his cell phone (different number) and sure enough they answer and happily give him more info right away without asking him to hold. What is up with that?
My only assumption is that they have caller ID and decide not to answer my call for whatever reason. I was always courteous on the phone, never rude (I know how it is… I was once a retail manager and had to deal with customers all the time). This is very unprofessional. All I wanted to know was how much the deposit was (since they do not have that info on their website) and availability. That was it. Very disappointing customer service. I guess this place doesn’t want money, right?
I wouldn’t have even bothered doing this review but they put me on hold for NO REASON on multiple times. They answered my husband’s phone call with no problems. I got on the phone right after my husband was connected and questioned her as to why she never picked up the line after she put me on hold and replied, «We have many people coming in and out.»… Can you not multitask? Arggh!
Besides… the place smells like stinky socks anyway. No loss for me.

I learned about this place when a friend of mine held a birthday party for their two year old here. I brought my own two year old (who was turning three soon) and we had a great time. Not only was it fun for her, but I had a blast too. Before I left, I booked her birthday here.
Pricing was much better than some other, similar, or not, establishments for a party. It’s a little out there but people found it fine. From my perspective, I showed up 30 minutes early, paid the party fee, and headed to our room. The room was mostly setup already, decorated just how we had requested. I was met with our party host who set up the extra stuff I brought and my guests started to arrive. Our party host was great. She answered all of my questions about setup and flow, played with the kids when needed but stayed out of the way too. She had that perfect balance of there when needed, and invisible otherwise.
My daughter and her friends had a ton of fun. The parents (me included) had a great time. We bounced. We slid. We rough-​housed. Then we had some pretty good pizza and drinks, hung out, played some more and had cake. Play time ended with a group picture and a card then customized by the staff for my daughter and we all went on our way.
The best part? I had a party for 20 people. Everyone had fun, and I didn’t spend the night before the party cleaning my house. Or the night after. They did the hard work and I got to hang out with other parents while my daughter played with her friends and we all had a great time.

I saw a Groupon for this place and thought, sure, why not! I got a little lost on the way there, I didn’t realize the building was way in the back, I circled once and found it. Parking was east, lots of spots. I came here with my 3 kids and a friend and her 2 sons. We were greeted right away with smiles. The girl behind the desk was really nice and answered all the questions I had.
We got to the play room and wow! It was amazing and my kids were so excited. It’s bright and colorful and our kids had an amazing time there. It’s clean in the playrooms and in the bathrooms. The only thing though, there weren’t any paper towels in the bathroom to dry your hands, there is an air dryer which I didn’t mind but, my friend’s son is scared of the thing and was looking for paper towels to dry off. Anyway, I got to sit back, relax and have my coffee with my friend while our kids went crazy. I’d come back and I would definitely recommend this place!

Booked a party, great time for bouncing, great time giving for party room. The bounce room was dirty, very crowded. I asked in advance if it would accommodate the amount of kids and adults coming, the VERY RUDE lady at the front desk said yes. LOL that was a joke. When we made it to the party room half the people started leaving because it was very crowded… 24 kids plus 35 adults. ONCE again the lady at the front desk was very RUDE, told parents they needed to go into the room and not stand in the waiting area. YET she played all sweet and innocent when a parent wanted to complain to the owner/​manager. They are not in compliance with the fire codes FYI.
I WOULD never give this lady my money AGAIN…

Not happy with this place. I booked the extreme sports party. The arcade game didn’t work. The darts. they were all broken and couldn’t be used. As for dodge ball and tug of war, jousting and other interactive games. nothing was played at all… Joey, my party expert came in the room a few times but did nothing at all with the kids. NO INTERACTION WITH THE INTERACTIVE PARTY. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
When I mentioned nothing worked… I was told that the kids from the after school program «messed stuff up» whoa! That is irrelevant… YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! that won’t be the case at The Bounce Spot.

I came here for my friend’s daughter birthday party. I was amazed with how many bounce house they had in each room. The bounce house was huge and I mean adults can even go jumping (I didn’t, but it was fun watching the adults bouncing off the walls… Haha!!!). All the kids look they had lots of fun. They didn’t want to leave the bounce house to start the party.
The party was in the room next door. The cool thing was they allow you to bring in your own food for the party. Many places wouldn’t allow that. So any kid can have a cool party and don’t have to spend a lot. The bounce house is inside too, so don’t have to worry about it raining outside.
