Got an appt. they looked at it right away. Went to work. Quoted me an hour after dropping it off. My truck got repaired, new u joints and balancing driveline, same day. Problem solved. Thanks again for the great customer service.

Dropped in to get a new set of Cooper Zeon RS3-A’s this morning. Reasonable price, in and out in less than an hour.

Wow! What great service. I had a slow leak in my tire I limped in and they fixed it right away put my spare on and gave me an estimate for two front tires. Fast friendly service

I have been using Radial Tire Center for both personal and business needs. The entire team is fantastic. I’m a registered mechanical engineer in California and I’m very demanding and detailed oriented when it comes to repairs. As a result I trust very few shops at all.
Radial Tire Center’s team has fully earned my trust. Everything that they have accomplished for me has been of top quality. They are not rushed when talking with me; but, the team accomplishes the work expeditiously and accurately. I personally recommend Radial Tire Center to everyone that I know!

After realizing that I needed new tires this weekend, I visited a big box tire store in West Sac. and was told that my Scion xD’s tire size was not in stock, but that they’d call their suppliers and try to get 4 tires for me to have them put on my car on Monday/​Tuesday this week. They said they’d call me on Monday (I went in on Saturday and their suppliers were closed). I waited until 3:30pm Monday and then called this store where no one seemed to know what I was talking about and I was then told that the tires would need to be ordered and I would have to pay a ton of fees on each tire from freight to who knows what else. Needless to say I was displeased…
After that I called around to a few other places with equally horrible customer service and was told over and over that the tires needed to be ordered. Low and behold, I found Radial Tire Center and called them in my last attempt to find tires and they were wonderful. The man I spoke with was very helpful and explained the total cost with taxes and fees very well (much better than the other stores and they had the tires in stock!), so I decided to go ahead with Radial Tire and have the tires put on today (1÷6÷15). He even let me schedule the appointment at 4:30pm (much more convenient for me working).
When I arrived today, I was greeted right away and they got my car right in to get the new tires on. I had submitted a request for a quote online prior to calling yesterday and the online quote total was less, so they let me pay only the amount on the lesser quote (saving me $ 50+!). The whole process took 30 mins and they also told me that I will have free tire rotations for the life of my tires, a huge plus!

I have gone to Radial Tire Center for a long long time and have always been treated great and things explained to me and/​or shown to me. Kirby runs a tight ship but yet everyone is so nice and helpful. I have bought tires here, brought in my own wheels or brake parts and I am always treated with respect. You can’t go wrong at Radial Tire Center for great products, service and best of all price!

I’ve received top notch service from Randy an crew for years at cottage location. Decided to try West Sac location as it is closer. They got me right in to put new rims on my existing tires. Reasonable price and wonderful service as always.

The people at Radial Tire got us in, rotated and balanced our tires. They also aligned the front end of our truck.

A friend referred me to Radial Tire because they’d had a positive experience. They got me 4 used ties at a great price, took care of a few other maintenance items, and did it all quickly. Ill be back.

What a great shop that puts service first! I just had rented a car from the Sacramento Airport and was heading west on I-​80 when all of a sudden I had a blowout in one of my tires. I pulled over to the side of the road and after calling the rental car company (Budget) was told I would have to wait in 95 degree weather for 2 – 3 hours for assistance! After the answer I got from Budget, I happened to be near an exit on I-​80 and took a chance and pulled off into a nearby gas station with my tire scrapping the ground at this point. The guy at the gas station told me about a tire store nearby. I drove down the street to this store and just barely made it but the store was more than eager to help after I explained my situation. After talking to the owner, he personally called Budget and asked if they could service my rental car. Budget told him that he was not an authorized shop by them and they would not pay him for the repairs. The owner then offered to not only put my spare on — but had it done promptly for free — and had my car fixed up so i could get back to the airport and get a new rental car in about 30 minutes! Talk about service and true class you do not find these days. Radial tire went above and beyond!

I went in here for the first time on a Friday afternoon at 4:15. I asked them if they had time to do an alignment and a tire rotation. The man said yes. Taking note that all other alignments I’ve done in my life have been no shorter than 1 hour. Price was good, and he said lets get started. At 4:45, I was told my car was done and ready to go. Shocked I said I’ve never had an alignment done so quickly. His response was, «it’s Friday and the mechanic wants to get out of here», in which I responded with WOW. I drove off, and went home, which is right down the street. The next day, I got on the freeway and my car was still drifting to the right like nothing was done at all. Pissed, I called on Monday and they said they’d take a look at it on Thursdsday.
It’s Thursday today, I brought it in and left it in the AM. He called back approximately 1−½ hours later and said that they straightened it up and straightened the steering wheel out and that I had a screw in my tire and it’s leaking. Got the car back at lunch and drives nice and straight now. I still swear that nothing at all was done that past Friday, BUT at least they fixed it at no charge.
