I am not a regular shopper at Payless so this rating is based mostly on service.
I was shopping for water shoes, and when I walked in, the guy working there greeted me as I came through the door. Although he was with a customer, he took a few seconds to point me in the right direction.
They had the shoes I was looking for, albeit a little more than I was expecting to spend. $ 15, they were on sale.
When the shoes rang up on the register they showed full price, I explained that they showed on sale on the wall. After checking the wall, the shoes were in the wrong place… he still gave me the discounted price.
He took fault for the incorrect sign and made things right… I was a happy customer, end of story.
