This place is the worst RV park in town! There are constantly police sirens, the police helicopter, and homeless people in the park. I had my cooler stolen from my site. There are clearly criminal activities happening in the park. This is not a safe environment! The manager, not sure what her name is but she is a short red haired girl, knows nothing about how to run a park. The dumpster area is disgusting, the weeds are over grown, and no one picks up after their dogs! Do your self a favor, go to Cal Expo!

Hands down one of the best parks in the Sacramento area! Yes the surrounding neighborhood isn’t the prettiest but the tennants within the park keep a watchful eye on whos coming and going. You definitely feel safe and respected in the community. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The park itself is kept up pretty well and everyone that lives here is happy to help. I dare ya to try living in any other rv park in the area then come and stay here. Trust me your in good company at Cap west rv park!

John must be an employee! Seriously? Worst part of town ever! Had to drive our dog to outside park because this place is nothing but a gravel pit. Beware! No way again! Most people live there. ok for that but feel we got duped!

What a find this place is! The sites are very large and level, with nice clean gravel and over-​sized concrete patios. The entire park is immaculately maintained, and the management are incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed here for 5 nights and wish we could have stayed longer: there’s so much to do in the area, and Capitol West is so conveniently located, that we still had tons of things we wanted to do when it was time to leave. We’re definitely planning on coming back to this gem of a park.
