David Kinney is the President and CEO of API Limousine and California Limousine, the luxury limousine divisions of API Global Transportation. David brings 25+ years of small business and marketing experience to the company and specializes in developing customer-​focused service models to meet the needs of our guests. David worked for American Express for 22 years before joining API. In November 2013, API purchased Napa Valley limo tours. Napa Valley Limos Tours offers unique and specialized wine tasting experiences for our sophisticated and exclusive clients. From our elegant BMW, Tesla and Mercedes vehicles to our custom-​tailored concierge services, Napa Valley Tours creates customized wine tour packages that include Napa Wine tasting, Sonoma Wine tasting, San Francisco Airport transportation, private estate wine tours, private dining and gourmet chef experiences, and personalized wine tasting itineraries to meet the sophisticated needs of our deserving clients.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Recently used API vans to shuttle wedding guests to and from hotels and our venue. The wedding started at 5, first guests picked up at 4. T’he vans arrived exactly on time and drove guests back and forth over a 7 hour period. Vans were so clean, drivers professional and polite even when dealing with guests who were a little rowdy, This was such a great addition to our daughter’s wedding. So pleased. Thanks again!!!

I just want to say API was amazing. I had originally reserved a different limo co. That seemed very sketchy and I felt as if I was going to be scammed. So a few weeks before the quinceanera I called API and they were really helpful, I was able to go see their limos and buses before making a contract (hestitant because of the prior company). The driver Gregorio was also great, he was on time and very professional, dealing with 18 teenagers is not easy and he did a great job, all the kids thought he was funny and even took them to Starbucks. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable limo service.

I booked a party bus with API completely last minute due to a fall out with another limo company. I booked the bus the day of my birthday and couldn’t be more happy with the service that we received. They were accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. Greg was our driver and he was awesome. He made sure our night went as smoothly as possible. He arrived to our pick up location early to make sure we got the party started early. The bus was very spacious and clean. I will definitely be using API again in the future.

They have exceeded my expectations each time & they will continue to be my go-​to service for future work events. I Unilocaled API, and I am so glad I did. I have not had very positive experiences recently with limousine services. I have had limos break down, ac go out, late drivers, wrong information about how many people can be seated in the vehicles, etc…
That was not the case with API. First off, the customer service on the phone was incredibly friendly. Another couple and I decided to take a wine a tour. API, had a lady call us back and was very knowledgeable, informative, and helpful about choosing the wineries and restaurant that suited our needs. And she was spot on!!!
I received several confirmations before the trip confirming our appointment and the costs. Was very nice to know that with an event planned several weeks in advance, my appointment was thought of. I have dealt with limo companies in the past and didn’t even receive confirmations or not until the day before. I thought this was a nice touch for API.
Our driver arrived 15 mins earlier and was incredibly courteous and friendly. I could tell right away that this was going to be a pleasant trip. And even tho we were running late before we left and at the wineries, he assured us there was no rush and was completely on our time, even when we chose to go overtime. Nice to know our limo was not double booked.
From reading other reviews, I chose API because the reviews seemed sincere. It was a good decision. And I will definitely not hesitate to use API again in the future.

We had Jason Crutchley as our Chauffeur. He was the most awesome chauffeur ever! At the end of the tour we didn’t want to go to the last winery for whatever reason and he suggested another one that we ended up loving. He made the whole trip a great time and he sent a personal card to our address at home thanking us. That was an added touch that we did not expect but was very much appreciated. Jason YOU ROCK!!!

Every time I schedule an event w/​API they exceed my expectations! From contact with their office, to Jason, our preferred chauffeur, this event was no exception.
Susan effortlessly handled all of the arrangements, including facilitating ordering lunch for us @ Dean & DeLucca.
As far as Jason, he was everything you would want in a driver and more. His background in radio, and deejaying helped add a fun element to our day. He had a great playlist that we enjoyed throughout our trip.
Prior to our trip I asked him if he wouldn’t mind taking a lot of photos. This was a milestone birthday celebration; Jason enthusiastically agreed. He has an eye for photography and took some great shots. He even took two really cool videos.
He also gave us some interesting history of the various wineries and Napa.
When our last stop @ Castillo di Amorosa
was royally screwed up and had our tour reservation scheduled for the next day, Jason stepped up and gave us an abbreviated fun tour. Due to the mixup our day got thrown off and we ended up arriving back in Sacramento later than planned. Jason did not charge us for the extra time! The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
He took such good care of us and was so fun I invited him and his girlfriend to join us on our next excursion in January. We can hardly wait! I cannot recommend this limo company or Jason enough!!!

Booked an 8 passenger stretch limo for my daughter’s 16th birthday. She and 7 friends went downtown for dinner and then out for ice cream and driving time feeling cool. Booking was easy. Everything was explained well and questions were answered by Randy who was very pleasant. I received a call to confirm two days prior to the event. The driver, Ozzie, arrived 15 min. early and was wonderful: professional, accommodating, patient (with a bunch of teens), and friendly. He took the kids to the Tower Bridge for a photo op and drove them around after dinner. Gave us his number so we could keep in touch. Allowed time to be extended an hour. Overall, a great experience. Helped create a memorable evening for our daughter. Highly recommend them!

This was my first time using a limo and using this company. I am very impressed with the overall service and professionalism I was greeted with. I called this company on the phone and talked to Pa and Susan. I made a last minute appointment to go see all of my limo choices in person. Greg, one of the drivers was patient with me and showed me all of the features until I decided that the Hummer would best fit my needs. The booking process was very organized and I received emails and phone reminders and confirmations before my scheduled departure. Our limo picked us up in Davis for a 29th birthday celebration to Napa. Our driver was Adrian and he was very helpful. He arrived early for our pickup and accommodated last minute changes during our trip. If I had one improvement for this company it would be to update the sound and stereo systems in the vehicle. Our Hummer was very spacious and very roomy. Please note that small bottled water is provided but Champagne can be added on for an extra charge. Overall, it was a great day in Napa. I highly recommend this limo company for all your limo needs.

Wanting to keep my two daughters and their friends safe on prom night, I booked an 8 passenger limo through Ultra Limo, which is API limo. The customer service I received from Susan was prompt, professional and friendly. The driver, Chris, was great, per my daughters and their friends. When he picked them up, he was on time, professional and very friendly. I felt at ease having him drive a limo full of teens to prom and out to eat afterwards. When he dropped them off, he was very complimentary about the kids being good and funny. It was a pleasant experience for all, and I will book with them next year for prom.

My parents 35th wedding anniversary :(
My experience began with a call from the driver at 8:30am (1 ½ hour before the departure time) informing me that the vehicle I requested broke down (radiator something) and he would upgrade me to a limo coach. Although, I appreciate the attempt to recover my service I didn’t have a choice at that point.
My disappointment stems from the fact I chose this company because I wanted the hummer and had activities planned around it! As the consumer i had a choice and I chose the hummer over the escalade offered at another company at a cheaper rate.
It wouldn’t have been so bad if the sound system wasn’t horrible and the air condition didn’t work well enough to keep my party from perspiring.
Bruce was a very nice guy but I was not satisfied with the vehicle.
The napkins weren’t my requested color!
There wasn’t any water!
The ice was bucket was filthy!
We found glitter from a previous party on the seat! EW!
The air wasn’t working consistently!
We were all concerned this vehicle was going to fall apart!
Just all around not up to my standard or expectation! = not a happy camper!

I added a star to the 2 star review because i was offered a discount on my next service. Not sure if I will use it but at least it was offered. He said if the service didn’t met my expectation then it didn’t met theirs. I can respect that. We shall see if I return!!!

This company and it’s driver, Adrian, are completely unethical. Adrian hit my car while driving one of API’s limo buses. He crossed into my land and side-​swiped me. He was going too fast and never stopped until his bus had completely passed me, causing damage the whole way, and parked in front of me. He lied about his actions in the accident, and the insurance company that API uses is unethical in that they agreed w/​him without getting my side of the story. Of course they’re going to side w/​their insured! They don’t want to pay the claim! Of course Adrian will say it’s not his fault, he doesn’t want an accident he caused to negatively impact his job! Avoid API and their lying drivers and bad business practices whenever possible, whether you rent or are driving downtown… get away from their limo busses! If you get hurt while associating w/​API, be prepared to suffer.

We rented a limo from API to take us to the Sacramento airport from Chico for our honeymoon trip and it was amazing. They were more than happy to pick us up an hour and a half from home, always friendly and helpful when I called, and were one of the only companies to respond to my web contact. They arrive exactly on time and limo was clean and stocked with cold water, soda, and a bottle of champagne. Our driver was well dressed in uniform and incredibly friendly. He was very accommodating, driving us to the bank before we started.
The drive itself was smooth and we arrived at the airport with plenty of time. I had never been in a limo before and I was worried that something terrible would happen after reading so many poor reviews for other companies, but it was perfect! I’m so happy I chose to go with API and if I am ever in need of another limo, they will be the first company I call.

Can’t say anything about their actual service, as I was never able to get in contact with them.
I was trying to contact API in order to get a quote for using their service for my wedding. I first called and left a message, relating who I was, the date I needed them, and my phone number to contact me back. Heard nothing for two days.
So I then tried their contact form located on their website. It’s been almost a month now with still no contact with them. Moving on to other possible companies.
