My father passed away over 2 years ago. My mom(who has dementia) finally went and ordered a plaque from this place approx last June. She spoke with Thomas Jr. She paid upfront for the memorial. They never finalized the order with my mom because of some mix ups with my father’s Hebrew name. They finally had the full correct order in Sept. They NEVER ordered the plaque and gave excuses to me in Sept, Oct and Nov and finally said that they had to wait till spring to order it. Thomas Jr REALLYREALLY did not want to deal with me(he said he only wanted to deal with my mom or aunt who lives in florida) and usually never called me back when I left a message. I was the one who had to get this done and I had to INSIST on him calling me back and then it would be a week or 2 before he did. FINALLY — on April 22 — Thomas called and said he delivered the memorial. He was RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, INTERRUPTED when I was speaking, HUNG up on me, and berated me on the phone. what a great way for a memorial service company to act towards a customer when I had a parent pass away. YOU be the final judge if you want to use this place or not. — Thomas Jr disgusted me to no end in the way he acted towards someone who had a parent pass away.

By the end of the next week, the monument was done. If I had been told that the work would take a few weeks more, I would have been satisfied — my mother wasn’t going anywhere. What angered me was the stonewalling.
