I cannot speak highly enough about the work that Kris Macdonald at Insight did for my husband and I.
We recently sold our house on 06÷05÷15, which is a cumbersome process. We had no idea where to even begin. Kris walked us through the whole process. He came to the house and evaluated EVERYTHING! He told us where to save our money and where to invest some money on repairs/​upgrades to get the most for our money. Compared to other realtors suggestions he saved us almost $ 10,000.00 in what we were going to spend on the house before listing it.
Kris has amazing contacts and referred us to a carpenter/​contractor who did the most amazing work creating built in shelving for the washer/​dryer and much more! His rates were extremely reasonable and the work was absolutely amazing and completed in about a week!
When the time came to list/​take pictures before the open house Kris advised us on what to remove from the home to stage it just right… he even brought in some furniture for staging.
Kris was attentive the entire time and did not seem to care about all of the questions we constantly had.
Needless to say all of the hard work Kris put into us and our home paid off. The house was listed on a Thursday and sold in just 2 DAYS!!! We had an accepted offer for full asking price that Saturday. This was very fast and not that typical, we lucked out with a great market but I account most of it to everything that Kris did, what he helped us with and advised us to do along the way.
It also helped that we listened to Kris about what the listing price on the house should be, even through we originally thought it should be more… they are the professionals for a reason so we trusted his professional opinion, and it paid off!
On top of the quick sale, along the way Kris had a great team of people including our attorneys @ Alavi | Braza he referred us to. Having a team of people you can trust during such a process is what helped ease the stress of selling a home.
