Looking for the Best Bagel in the West Roxbury and Dedham area? Look no further. I’m rating this bagel joint based on its Bagels. not coffee or anything else. Dunkin Donuts bagels are too soft, gooey and chewy. Finagle A Bagel is gone… That leaves Bagelville to reign supreme with very New York Bagel style bagels… The selection of bagels can’t be beat: from traditional sesame and salt to jalapeño and sunflower. Staff is friendly and aims to please. Yes… Bagelville in West Roxbury, MA located on VFW Pkwy ROCKS!

I love this place! Freshest bagels and great service. Everytime I drive by, I hate seeing it not completely packed. I’m not sure why it is not. They have great bagels, coffee, sammiches and more. I figured I’d better write a review to help ensure they stay open.

I purchased a bagel breakfast sandwich. My sesame bagel was excellent and I applaud the fact they have bagels at the old fashioned large size; there has been a trend the past 10 years to make bagels smaller almost everywhere. My reason for 3 stars is I added bacon to my egg and cheese and the bacon added was small crumbs like bacon-bits, not traditional slices of bacon! Seems odd?

Bagelville is great. This location is much better than the Faneuil Hall location… and they have a DRIVETHRU!!! Bagels are HUGE and only $ 2.34, not much more than Dunkin Donuts. They are pretty quick and the staff are friendly and kind(at least at the drive thru). Everything else is good too and the drive thru never has a long line. 5 stars. Conveniently located on VFW Parkway(the section between Route 109 /Spring Street & the Dedham Mall) right by the Dedham /West Roxbury line.

I have only been here twice so a higher review i cannot give yet. I have had the BLT as a wrap and on a bagle. Both were flavorful and the portion was satisfying. I will try a breakfast bagle soon.

Considering I know my bagels I’ve always been partial to Bagels from NY. Since I have not worked for a NY company, for years I’ve been going to Café Fresh Bagels for as long as I can remember. Yesterday I was in Dedham, MA& we decided to checkout Bagelville. OMG close your eyes & I’m back in New York. As good as Café Fresh with A great variety plus innovative Bagel sandwiches etc… I must admit we only tried an everything & marble rye but OMG&WOW!

I’ve been here a few times The bagels w/cream cheese were quite good. Similar to bruegggers bagels chain. One day I did try the hot pastrami sandwich and this too was better than expected and similar to sub quality you would get at some of the well known sub shops in town. I have not experienced any service troubles mentioned in other reviews but I have only used the drive thru. The coffee is a little bitter but other than that I would recommend this place for a quick bite

I was excited when I seen that Bagelville had a colada twist smoothie that tasted similar to the ones at the monkey bar in quincy market. They seem to never understand me when I say«can you sprinkle the coconut on the top of the smoothie» instead of having it on the rim. It makes a mess in the car, but they never listen. This place is okay, I feel like it won’t last very long.

The bagel sandwiches are amazing for breakfast and lunch ! The bacon turkey sandwich was the most amazing sandwich I’ve ever had.

I only give four stars instead of five because the staff are often joking with each other while being sort of indifferent to the customers. But it’s always pretty clean, the bagels are awesome and the frozen coffee drinks are amaaaazing. Pricing is reasonable too and I hope this place stays around.

Love these bagels. They are huge and so many different flavors to choose from. Usually just get a dozen(bakers dozen), to go. Coffee is good too!

I have given this place three chances and it hurts me to have to give them 1 star. Terrible service terrible coffee terrible bagels and worst of all fishy salmon. The service is terribly slow. On my most recent visit I was the only person in line and it took them 15 minutes to make a coffee and bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese. They were more interested in helping drive through customers. Their coffee lacks flavor as do their bagels. Avoid

I was wondering if this place was going to be any good when I saw it going into the old Dunkin Donut location. I drove up and took a look at the menu. There is more than just bagels. Wraps and soup too! I ordered the ham egg and cheese on a marble rye bagel. I thought gee $ 5 is pretty pricey but when he handed me the bag it weighed a ton! The sandwich was HUGE. Two people could have eaten it. The egg was runny which told me the egg was cooked fresh. This was not an assembly line sandwich. I’d go back for sure!
