Wow, Karla is one in a million. She is knowledgeable and patient, and took a great deal of time to explain long term remedies for our mealmoth problem instead of jumping to a treatment plan that would cost us money. We’ll be calling her again if (god forbid) we have a pest problem that’s over our heads. (or under our floorboards, or in our walls)

Karla is fantastic; she came on her appointment on time, was very repsectful of my house and space, very thourough, reasonable prices, great at answering my questions, honest, and also very mindful that I have a kid in the house.

We called Karla for help with two separate issues and found her to be generous, communicative, and completely honest both times. The first time we called she talked us out of having any work done; the second time she recommended a competitor whom she trusted to handle a squirrel problem requiring a lot of ladder work, since she doesn’t do that sort of thing anymore. How great is that? A small business owner who isn’t out to make a buck but who genuinely wants to help. I’m almost hoping I end up with a new pest problem so I can finally give her some of my money!

I have contacted Aardvark twice (2 separate issues of pests in my home) and both times Karla provided me with great advice on how to attempt to handle the problem on my own. I truly appreciated her honesty and willingness to share her expertise, rather than try to oversell services. Karla is fantastic and very helpful. She really knows her stuff. She will give you good advice for how to deal with your problem and what to do so it doesn’t recur. She is not into just spraying chemicals for everything and charging you an arm and a leg. Highly recommend her!

Karla was amazing! She was extremely kind and informative. She meticulously inspected my apartment for holes where mice could be coming in and sealed them all up. She educated me about how to prevent mice from visiting. If I ever need an exterminator in the Boston area again I will 100% be in contact with her.
