The salon is immaculate and the staff is very courteous. I’ve always had great results on mani’s and Pedi’s. Great place!

I’ve had a couple of fantastic experiences and a couple of mediocre experiences. Hands down best place in the area for a pedicure. The chairs are awesome, and they massage for what feels like 30 minutes. However, the last time I went in for a gel manicure, it was not done well. I felt like very little attention was being paid to detail. I would go back for a pedicure but no more manicures!

I have been going to Charming Nails for about two years, but recently the girl that did my nails left. I have been probably 4 – 5 times since and it just isn’t the same. I haven’t been satisfied a single time– from paint issues to not getting all the callouses off. Very disappointing.

I just finished getting a pedicure from this place. This is the second time I’ve been here and I do not recommend this place AT ALL. The first time I went I received a French pedicure. It was okay but the lines were a little crooked. Today I wanted designs on my nails like the ones I saw on Pinterest so I showed the tech the photos and now my toes look like a Pinterest fail! On top of that it was a Friday and super busy even though we scheduled our appointments a week in advance. They tried to rush my friend and I and once they were done the lady said «ok done, go sit on chair». There is only 1 station to sit at to dry your nails and by the time I was done there were no seats. There were 2 women taking up spots that didn’t even need drying. How annoying. To top it off, the pedis cost $ 34 which is outlandish considering the quality. I’m going to post the photo of the Pinterest fail that came out of today’s visit. I’m surprised they didn’t consider giving a discount for the poor job they did. My friend who went in also had poor results so I know it’s not just me.

I have been a customer for about 3 months now after trying several salons. The staff and services are great and competitively priced. I routinely get the gel/​shellac manicure and pedicure with consistent results. The pedicure is one of the best.
Rating 5 stars based on my own experience and seeing other return customers with similar results/​feedback.

Beautiful salon, but I felt the gentleman doing my shellac nails rushed. He missed corners and ignored bumps. After seeing the women doing pedicures, though, I think I would definitely try one.

Impulsively went in for a pedicure. I had the deluxe pedicure and it was phenomenal! I highly recommend – the woman next to me said hers was outstanding, as well.
