The Franciscan Recreation Complex (FRC) is a multi-​purpose recreation center located in West Peoria. It offers a variety of class for all ages and abilities.

History

Established in 1996.

The Franciscan Recreation Complex was acquired from the neighboring Sisters of St. Francis, who had used the building as a gym while they ran a high school. The building retained the Franciscan name, but is no longer associated with the organization. It is now a regional community center focusing on serving the recreation needs of the West Peoria community.
