Bullseye Powder Coating – Broward

I highly recommend Bullseye. They have done all of my patio furniture and it looks amazing. Everything has been done on time. BTW, their prizes are also amazing… I’m sending them my BBQ next!

BAD BUSINESS, BAD QUALITY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD MANAGEMENT, BAD PEOPLE.
First, they put on white straps on my chairs and lounge chairs after I told them brown. And they said that it was too late, they already had ordered the straps based on a «QUOTE» that they sent me that they chose a color of «GLOSSY WHITE WITH MATCHING STRAPS». Besides putting the wrong color straps on my chairs and lounge chairs, they held my furniture hostage until I paid them to go buy new strapping in the color that I originally asked for. They failed to finish the job, delivered table without my glass, didnt put new feet or wheels on my chairs and lounges as promised, used the wrong sized (cheap 1″ straps) on my chairs when they took off 1.5″ straps, painted over my ball bearings in my wroght iron swivel bar stool chairs so they squeak or are impossible to turn, these barstools are useless. They painted a lamp for me, took out all of the eletrical stuff before painting, and never put it back in, (so i have a lamp with no electrical switches or plugs. Then when I complained they say you are overly «Dramatic». They charged my credit card without my authorization. COMPLETE RIP OFFS.

I would never goto this place. Like Jamie had stated and some others they act all friendly and kind until you complain about their service. My issue was numerous things, me and Mike agreed upon a color which was not done correctly in my opinion, this was the least of my issues. The wheels had chips all over the bolts which Mike explained would happen after the fact and claimed that it wouldnt be bad, every bolt was badly chipped. Come to find out the bolts where never stripped and painted with spray paint… Then there was so much excess powder sprayed on the wheels that I was unable to mount the wheels onto the car with my after market socket and lugs. 3 of the 4 tires where leaking air, the center caps wouldnt fit the wheels. After all the issues were brought to Mike’s attention he requested I pay more money and he would fix it. But why pay more money when I am showing you all your mistakes. Mike then found out I disputed the charge and went ahead and made personal threats to me, posted a craigslist ad with all my personal info. I had to contact the police who advised him to remove the ad. This is no sign of a professional establishment and I would steer clear of this company all together. He will probably comment and try to justify his actions claiming BS like he did already by charging my credit card with no AUTHORIZATION a second time once the dispute went through, which he charged me more the second time around. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. I will probably need to watch myself because I am most likely going to receive threats again from him for leaving this post but I felt that the next customer should know the truth about how they conduct themselves and take advantage of customers. I am well known in the car industry and have certainly spread the word about his service and advised friends to not use this company. If he would have simply redone the job at no charge I would have allowed them to redo it but to pay for the wheel and tire removal again for their mistakes wasn’t right and now cost them repeat customer and potential recommendations to the car community I am involved with.
