The service is the worse. Nick did my nails and toes. I wasn’t very happy with the service my second go round. He did a rushed job and my to nails did not look like a professional did them. Not to mention he doesn’t let your nail dry all the way and doesn’t put any cuticle oil after wards. Doesn’t even give you time to wash your hands and he certainly doesn’t lotion your which in my years of getting my nails is customary when you pay to get your nails. They act like they doing you a favor doing your nails. No I’m paying for your service. The worst service ever. Good customer service should be part of the service.

The new place looks very nice. However the wort experience I’ve ever had! They told me there was going to be a wait and asked me to sit down. That’s fine. However when they took me to the chair one of the guys doing someone else’s pedicure saw me sitting in the chair so he was nice and started the water. Again that’s fine however I sat for over 10mins in the water no one came. Another lady sat down across from me. Which of course after some time a lady came to do her nails? Why I sat down first!!! 2mins later Finally the guy that started the water when he was done with his lady started to do my pedicure, ok? Now my feet are prune. He «attempted» a massage which he literally just rubbed my legs. I’m pregnant I don’t want my legs rubbed! Anyway at the end he’s putting on my sandals he scraps my little toe on my shoe of course polish comes off. So I play dumb just to see. He never did anything about it. I know he saw it, he struggled to get my foot in how could he not see it?! Idk if I should have tipped him but I did anyway. I’ll never come back here! This was my first visit here in years. I’ll definitely be going to the one on okeechobee in the chicly cheese plaza. I’m ashamed I cheated on them! Bad experience never again!

No customers, Manager Sam, who was not at the front desk but at the second nail table, never took his eyes off his personal computer to greet me or assist me– never looked up when he said pick your color and when I said ‚“where «, he just pointed in a corner I didn’t know existed» again never taking his eyes off his computer. The tech was great. Too bad the manager is so unaccommodating and prefers to play on his computer instead of helping the very clients that paid for his computer.

I would never step foot into this nail salon ever again. First I waited 10 min to get a manicure and pedicure. Receptionist told me to walk to the back where employee named jack was working one someone else. I sat there for 15 minutes before he noticed I was waiting for a pedicure. He the. Stopped and put water into the bowl with out any soak crystals. Another things was that when he was about to polish my toes he didn’t use any disposable liners so that my nail polish wouldn’t get messed up … But yet was charged for a pedicure with disposable liners … Another thing was I waited to get my fillings done and the owner Linda came say me down I her seat and attended to 5 other customers for eyebrows saying that they had been waiting longer when in actuality those customers had just walked in. At this point I was very upset. Then she rises threw the whole process cutting my cuticles to the point the bled. Asked me if I wanted to cut my nails short and without my answer had done it any ways. Asked to have a gel top coat to have to wait almost 30 minutes to put a gel top coat for only to have her mess it up. Then to be unprofessional to tell me that it was my fault cause of the polish I had chose. I wanted to get up from my seat and walk out. This isn’t the type of service I should have experienced especially when it’s being paid for. This is the first and very last time I will step foot in this place .
I rather go somewhere else then to have to deal with rude staff and be treated unfair and be takes down too and disrespected ! Never again

I’ve done my nails with Nancy and she does a great job and she is fast. The place just needs a little more friendliness to get 5 stars

This nail salon is disappointing! Ive been going here for years and now all of a sudden it feels like im paying for someone to do a horrible job. Every time I go here I never leave how I pictured my nails to be. im constantly paying $ 45 dollars for air bubbles and my nails never last. One minute they don’t charge to remove nexgen then the next minute they do. I tried to give this place a break thinking that maybe its just the nail tech but for the past 3 times ive been there with 3 different nail techs I was unpleased!!! The management doesn’t even accommodate the clients for the waste of money and time. I will never be going here again. If you are looking to get your nails done please visit Royal Nails or a Nail salon in the Wellington Green Mall.

I’m actually in the pedicure chair now and just finished my manicure. I walked in, a man glanced up from his cell phone said from behind the divider between the front area and said «what you need?» He was so far away I didn’t even know if he was talking to me. I told him I needed a mani pedi. He told me to sit at station one. I asked if I should pick my polish color and he said «yeah you can.» Correct me if I’m wrong but that’s been the first step in 100% of the nail services I’ve had such far. I sat down at the manicure station, which was dirty and covered in other people’s nail dust. Gross. We proceeded with the manicure while he yelled across the room in what I assumed to be a language from Asia. I assume this guy is a manager of sorts as he was barking all kinds of orders to the other employees during the manicure. One nail tech wasn’t even aware of the name of one of her coworkers and yelled «who Kim? I don’t even know who Kim!» I tried to make conversation with my nail tech in which I got one word answers, and it wasn’t because of a language barrier. The hand massage was a joke. He took a pea size dap of lotion and rubbed it in in about 2 seconds (literally) and said «wash hands!» I noticed he didn’t put a top coat on the polish and when I asked about it, he said «later.»
Meanwhile on the way the pedicure chair, he didn’t ask to carry my things for me which all of the other nail salons do so my polish of course got messed up on one finger despite trying to be careful. So here I am now in the pedicure chair. When I asked about the massage function not working he said «it’s broken» and didn’t offer a solution or apology. What I find funny is that they have a sign on their window that says something along the lines of «high quality and low prices.»
I’m not even sure what they’ll charge but this was worth about $ 10.
Bottom line, if you’re okay with paying regular prices for poor service/​quality and you’re highly tolerant go here.
If you want much more bang for your buck go to Oxygenix on village blvd.
I’d be shocked if this business lasts much longer.

Save yourself the time & listen to all the bad reviews. As a first time costumer, I’m beyond disappointed. My pedicure chipped after an hour & she cut my pinky toe at an awkward angle. When I came to get it fixed, instead of apologies, I was yelled at to try and figure out which tech did it. Mind you, I paid $ 23. Not worth it!

I was in from out of town and needed a pedicure. I chose this salon because of the great reviews and I was not disappointed! I am very picky about nail salons and I was pleased with this one. Everyone was professional and nice. The cashier and my tech did not hard-​sell any services or products which was nice. The salon (and tools) were clean and new.
The selection of polishes were plenty but not as many variations in brands like Opi or Essie as I would have liked, which was the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5.
This will be my go-​to when in WPB.

I hardly go to Unilocal to make bad reviews on businesses. But I think I should make this one for top nails tech because I would like to warn people about this nail salon. my family and I are staying at the Embassy suites in Belvedere and I was looking for a decent nail salon in the area. I asked front dedk and recommended the ones at city place. However, I searched on Unilocal myself and found this. I based my selection on the reviews of customers like me. This one has four stars and i thought it should be good. I looked at the prices and they were reasonable. We were four girls about to attend a wedding and needed some pampering thats decent and does not cost an arm and leg! Basic services for mani is 12 and pedi is about 25! But watch out because they will charge you for everything else. So for choosing the gel polish, we ended up paying $ 71 each! Which is way too much for a regular nail place! If i had known, i should have went to a posh place in downtown that will tell u up front it’s $ 50 for mani pedi. Top nails tech is pretending to be cheap but you’ll end up paying a lot more because of the hidden extra charges. So i would suggest pamper yourself to a nice nail salon and pay the same price cuz this is a total major rip off!

Absolutely loved the service here!!! I got a shellac manicure with a design on both ring fingers. It’s clean, friendly, and a wonderful result. I am so happy with my nails!
I will definitely be back. Forever client!

I had really good service from this nail salon. First time and was very impressed. My nails are still looking great even a week later. I appreciated the excellent service.

Went here to get pink and whites full set & a gel pedicure a on June 1… On June 2 my right thumb nail comes COMPLETELY off!!! One star is being generous this place deserves a a rating in the negative star category… But I digress, so upon my right thumb popping completely off I rush back to the nail salon, because I was leaving the state the following day. It’s a full house, but I quickly explain my situation… And the first thing they ask is that who did your nails YESTERDAY I say Lein… They quickly say she is not working today come back to tomorrow… and I tell them AGAIN I will leaving the state the following day … So I wait for a about ²⁰⁄₃₀ minutes with NO interaction from staff… finally I get acknowledged and explain again and then give them thumb nail that popped off, this girl glued it on but so high on my nail bed it totally mismatched with and the other nails… She get in a chair and she fixes the nail and as my thumb is under the light she says has the audacity to ask «how will I be paying»…I was completely taken aback… PAY lady you can’t be serious?!? She calls the manager over and makes a fuss… I tell them there’s no way I’m paying I just got this set yesterday… And after standing my ground the manager concedes and say «fine, this free for you» as if they were doing me a favor and not fixing a mistake their employee made… to add insult to injury two days later another nail falls off, all the nails are lifting, and a I have a fungus on my pinky!!! If caught in a bind I would just get press-on’s b/​c their services are of the same quality, but @ a $ 100+ pricetag. My advice keep your nails FAR AWAY from the inept, poor customer service, and lack of basic common sense having employees they have at this poor excuse for a salon establishment.

I’m usually not one to judge a business so quickly but I was so disappointed with this salon. I made an appointment for my mom and I for pedicures at 5:45. When I spoke to the man on the phone, he told me they have 9 people working and there was a lot of availability. We arrived a few minutes early and could already tell this wasn’t going to be the best experience based on the vibe we got. The employees were yelling across the salon in another language and it didn’t seem very organized. Regardless, we picked our polish colors and sat down for another few minutes. Then, they brought us back to the pedicure chairs but didn’t fill the tubs with water, just walked away. After a few minutes, they came back and filled the tubs. We sat there for A HALF AN HOUR with our feet just soaking and getting wrinkly. Finally, we decided to get up and walk out. At that point, we had at least 5 employees rush up to us, question us and tell us someone is coming to service us. We said thank you but we had been waiting for a half an hour and we could not wait any longer. Then, the one woman, I’m assuming she was a manager, steps in front of us as we are attempting to walk out. We continuously attempted to pass her but she kept standing in front of us and questioning us. It was extremely rude and a very poor way to handle unhappy customers. What’s the point of making an appointment if we will have to wait that long? Plus the way the woman handled it was so unprofessional and disturbing. I highly recommend steering clear of this salon.

Not the best job ever done. I went there based on a review I read and sat with nick who was recommended in this review. I’ve thought about trying nexgen for quite some time. I finally go to do it, and this guy tries talking me out it. He said I should do gel instead. But I had already decided I wanted the nexgen so we proceeded. He also gave me a pedi. He didn’t want to trim my big toe and he cut one nail sideways (which I just noticed). There are lines in my nails and they are bulky and were gunky underneath until I cleaned them. They did not use the 4 liquid process for the powder and I believe that will affect the quality. I also asked for a flower design on 2 fingers and got a tree. I’m dealing with them because I’m going on vacation. The people were nice overall but I won’t go back based on I don’t think their processes are clean and meant for quality.

I had a pedicure, brow wax and did the nexgen nails. The new location next door is so nice and big. The workers were super nice too. It was a little pricey but I’m definitely going back.

When I first got my nails done here I love them they were fine with little flaws. The second time I got my nails done I requested San to do my nails because he did my nails the first time. I really didn’t mind waiting just to get my nails done by him, even though I made an appointment at 3:45 for him and didn’t get served until 4:15 didn’t leave The Salon till 545 almost 6 o’clock. I first started off by showing him a photo of the nails I want and shape. I told him that I wanted an almond shaped nail with no sharp point but a rounded tip to resemble an almond nail. Long story short my nails ended up being thick round heavy wide and one hands shorter than the other. this other nail technicians laughed at my face when they saw the design that I got because it resembled a butt they told him the design did not look right and called more technicians to look at my nails and laugh, but he still continued and finish curing my nails which he applied three not one gel topcoat on to my nail making my nail heavier than it already is. and the price for my nails were fantastic $ 45 for this heavy gloopy butt looking design. I called the next day to ask for at least a percentage of a refund or at least a full refund they said no but we could fix them, but my only problem is why fix your nails in a place where they laughed and made you feel uncomfortable and treated unprofessional. I will never recommend another person to this the salon or step another foot in this nail salon

first time here and I’m usually very skeptical about letting just anyone do my nails, but here they do a great job. fabulous pedicure and nexgen nails! which is great because not everyone has made the transition to giving nexgen as an option. I didn’t catch the guy who did my nails name, but he was in the first chair and very friendly. I’m not one for small talk so he was perfect lol. I will definitely be back for the hospitality, prices and to see what their new shop is going to look like. (moving right next door)

Not the best place. I got a manicure today– something simple and the paint is peeling already. Wouldn’t go back.

First off, prices are great. The service is fast and friendly. I always come in last minute as a walk in and there is always plenty of techs on staff to take me in right away.
Since I am a guy I don’t get any gels or polishes, but my wife and daughter always go to this place as well. They say they use the best quality supplies and have lots of talent on the staff.
