The Sterling Villages of Palm Beach Lakes Condo Assoc

I have never lived in a development or building with a more rude and inconsiderate property manager in my life. When attempting to call the office it will ring and never pick up, when asked to leave a voicemail it never picks up and just begins ringing again.
When the gate was broken I was not informed and when I asked Eric the «property manager» about it he told me he was too busy to take the time and keep the residents up to date since we do not all own the units.
A couple weeks back I informed him the smoke alarm in the unit below me was going off and he said he’d take care of it. When I returned ten hours later it was still going off. Apparently he was too busy to inform me the resident was out of town.
They also will not update their system so since I do not have a 561 area code I cannot call someone into the gate. I have to physically walk out and let them in with my gate card. After the gate was fixed recently they did not tell the residents until after that it would be fixed. I came home without my card since I had not needed it in about a month and was locked out. When I emailed Eric asking for a code for the day until I located my card this was part of his response «How is it my problem you don’t
know where your remote is??? You should always carry your remote with you!
You may come to the office Monday through Thursday from 9 to noon and from 1
to 5 to either purchase another remote. Gate codes are reserved for
emergency respondents only!»
I will be trying to move out as soon as possible and hope that no one else has had to experience the rudeness of Eric Vere!!!
