Rubber Ducky Car Wash

I brought my new car over for its first wash about a week after having it. When they finished, there were scratches on the hood. I talked to the manager that day and showed him what happened. He didn’t seem concerned and was sort of rude. I think something (a little peice of glass or rock) got onto the brush they use or on the drying cloth. Obviously it an accident but I think it could have been prevented. The manager said even if they did that, he couldn’t (wouldn’t) fix it. Not really sure what to do now…

DROVE MY CAR ACROSS THE STREET AND PARKED IT IN A TOW AWAY ZONE!!! I purchased an interior and exterior «lucky ducky» cleaning. I remained indoors in the seating area while my car was cleaned. Desk clerk called ONCE that my car was ready. As I quickly walked outside, someone simultaneously DROVE IT ACROSS OLIVE! I truly thought I was being carjacked!!! I chased it across the street ready to push 911 on my phone. This young man was the manager apparently and said it had been sitting ready. I told him the indoor clerk only called once and I CERTAINLY DIDN’T AUTHORIZE THEM TO DRIVE IT ACROSS THE BUSY ROAD. I have filled several punch cards here and will NEVER be back. If I could rate them ZERO stars I have forever changed my view.

First time spinning my wheels through Rubbery Ducky and I’ve got to say I was quite delighted.
When you first pull up you don’t have any kind of price board showing you options and that is a bit confusing because on this particular day they were trying to sell a $ 60 interior express wash, but took a little questioning to find something cheaper. It’d be nice if they had various wash options and it was clearly displayed so you knew what you wanted. The wash eventually was about $ 20 — PLUS a $ 5 coupon when you check on Unilocal!
The car came out pretty clean. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor waiting space, and they even offer complimentary sodas.
This is a great spot! I’ll def try again.

Yeah, that’s not happening again. First wash left many stains on hood and front. Had to ask to have it sent back through. Stains still there. Employee finally got sponge and chemical to work on spots (tree sap), but I had to keep showing him where thy were. Resorted to getting a cloth myself and working with the employee myself. Plenty of other places to have my car washed.

RD Always does a top-​notch job. They are fast and friendly and they always do a very thorough job. I love taking my car to rubber ducky.

When I went to the rubber ducky and paid for the outside of my car to be washed, I actually expected the outside of my car to get washed. I was a bit stunned when my car was «finished» but it was still dirty. When I addressed the problem to the workers there, they told me I would have to pay an additional $ 60 to have just the outside of my car cleaned properly. Wow… He actually expected me to buy a $ 70 car wash? (for a basic cleaning) I will never be going to this car wash again!

Couldn’t ask for better for a $ 20 service. Waiting room was very comfortable and it’s nice they offer you a water or soda. The exterior was nice, they did the tires and all. Interior was a basic vacuum and wipe down. Again, perfect for the $ 20 price!

I am pretty picky when it comes to my cars. I love the service at this place, the treatment is first class. Also, it seems that they always go above and beyond. I have only used them for the $ 20 car wash and almost half the time I notice they do something that was not included in the package. For example, my leather seat had a big ink stain on it from a pen that leaked. Without me asking or paying for it, i got my car back and they had removed the stain! Your staff is the best!

I took my car to Rubber Ducky to get it washed and waxed. Very reasonable for a hand wax and wash at $ 35.00. They could have done a more thorough job on the interior, they missed some spots and didn’t clean everything I expected. Still, they did a very good job.

Love the rubber ducky!!! I always get the $ 20 wash and they are never pushy like the other car washes trying to get you to upgrade.
The waiting room is so inviting and nicer than most homes living rooms and they offer free bottled water and sodas.

Great service! I take both my car and my mothers car there for exterior and interior washes and I never leave disappointed! Paolo (the owner) is always onsite and supervising what gets done. And the location on belvedere does a great job also.
With quick service and affordable prices Rubber Ducky is the best in Palm Beach County.

After my initial review, the Owner reached out to me and offered to fix my door handle. I gave him the quote I’d received to get it fixed and he covered the payment without issue. I appreciate Paolo’s quick response and professionalism and wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car back again. Paolo definitely wants his customers to have a positive experience with his company. Thank you for taking the time to correct my previous experience.

I tried to give them another chance. I just got back from a 7,000 mile road trip, bringing a rescue dog to his new home. The car I rented was obviously pretty dirty after a trip across the country. I came at 2pm to get the inside vacuumed and wiped down, and the «manager» flat out refused and was not pleasant about it. He made me seem like how dare I show up at 2 on Sunday when they don’t close until 5. So, they obviously don’t need my business and now its too late to bring it somewhere else. His refusal has cost me another day of paying for this car rental from DONATIONS. To the owner, your jerk of a manager has cost you a repeat customer.
Side note: I forgot to mention in my previous review that the last time I brought my own car in, they broke my middle console.

I have given this place the opportunity to correct those things they have failed to do whenever I go here, they just can’t seem to get it right.
Today as soon as I walked in I could tell there was a difference. I asked the cashier if they had sold they place. She states from father to son. What a noticeable disappointment. Father should come back.
Truck was rather filthy and I watched as the attendant cleaned the exterior. I have seen more enthusiasm in a turtle. I knew that this was going to be yet another half **s job. My driver door had some gunk on it and the attendant ever so slowly dried around it and never even looked at it. By this point, I was not happy.
The attendant moved my truck out of the way, left it with door ajar, and walked away.
I asked for the manager and the other attendant pointed at the «overly enthusiastic turtle». I could not believe that he was the manager.
This explains why so many of the reviews here are so poor. This place has really gone down hill. Needless to say, I took the punch card, ripped it, and told the cashier I would not be needing this. So save your money and take your car elsewhere.

Best car wash I have had since moving. Kevin manager respectful American born English speaking trustworthy guy. Nice job on a dog ditty interior. Will use for now on.

I wasn’t happy with my visit to Rubber Ducky last week. There isn’t much choice in your service. It’s either «Express» for $ 10, which is exterior only — no vac, no windows or «The Works» (or «The Ultimate»)(whatever they call it) for $ 20. There is no in between. I find $ 20 exorbitant for a car wash. I don’t always want Wax. I don’t always want my tires treated. But I DO expect ANY commercial car wash to at least vacuum my car out!
I would rather there be a median choice where I don’t need wax and tires and «fragrance» but that isn’t here at Rubber Ducky. So, I rolled away without my car being vacuumed and dirty windows. I couldn’t just leave because someone was behind me and I had no place to go but through the car wash at $ 10/​Express. It’s all or nearly nothing at Rubber Ducky. So I will gladly stay with the couple of car washes I have used for many years. I get much more value for my money elsewhere. This was a waste of my time because I had to go home and vacuum & clean windows myself.

Rubbery Ducky is under new ownership and I got to meet the new owner– He seems like a genuinely nice guy.
He offered to fix the issues that I had with Rubber Ducky in the past and offered me a free wash. I took him up on it… and the car looks great!
I will be back soon to make sure it wasn’t a fluke– but I may have just found my new spot!

Been traveling a lot and my car needed a good detail cleaning. I had taken my car for a quick wash before and was pleased so I figured I would go back for a detail, I was very impressed with the end result and will surely continue to bring my cars in. The staff was nice, waiting wasn’t bad and price is reasonable!

So, I went back, had a wash. Good job! Lobby was a bit warm, but still really nice. Some bugs were missed in the front, but they corrected it and double checked my car. Thank you RDCW!
