NewSouth Window Solutions of West Palm Beach is a Factory Showroom and Installation Center for the high performance windows and doors manufactured in out Tampa factories. These Energy Star rated windows also can be Miami/​Dade certified impact. We install our windows and doors in our Factory Direct model that has won us numerous National Awards for quality.

Our Factory Representatives visit our customer’s homes and measure to the inch and price to the penny. Then our Production Manager visits again to precision measure each opening. NewSouth in Tampa custom manufactures the windows and doors and ships them in NewSouth trucks to our West Palm Beach NewSouth warehouse where our Certified Installers bring them to our customer’s homes for our permitted Gold Quality installation.

We manufacture, install, and then provide a non-​prorated Factory Direct Lifetime Warranty. That is NewSouth Window Solutions of West Palm Beach.

History

Established in 2009.

NewSouth Window Solutions began in 2009. Each and every window and door manufactured by NewSouth is Energy Star rated and we have Impact Rated products that meet or exceed Miami/​Dade specifications.

NewSouth won the «Green Award» in 2012 and was listed #69 of the top 500 by Qualified Remodeler Magazine.

NewSouth’s Doers division has installed tens of thousands of windows and doors for apartment buildings, student housing, condos, and more– many in Southeast Florida.

In 2014 NewSouth set up a second factory to hope to keep up. DWM magazine said NewSouth was one of the top 5 fastest growing window companies in U. S. Countless other awards followed. Even 6 time Emmy Award winning investigative reporter Dale Cardwell praised the NewSouth operation.

NewSouth has Factory Showrooms now in Tampa, West Palm Beach, Sarasota, and Orlando so customers can see the difference and feel the difference between NewSouth products and everything else available through resellers around the state.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

NewSouth Window Solutions and Phil Stone joined forces in 2013. NewSouth is a Tampa Florida based manufacturer of high performance Energy Star and Miami/​Dade rated windows and doors.

Phil’s career in home improvement began in Connecticut in 1981 as an installer in his father’s alarm company. By 1988 Phil was running the company that, month after month, had been the top franchise of over 300 in the Dynamark Security business.

Phil moved with his wife, Kim, and their four children to the Tampa Bay area in 1988 and shortly thereafter entered the replacement window business.

He started as a Factory Representative for Tampa Bay Windows, a manufacturer of aluminum framed windows, and attained the position of VP before leaving.

«It was obvious to me that aluminum framed windows would eventually not have a place in the replacement window business because of their lack of energy efficiency. Aluminum is one of the best conductors of heat in existence. So when vinyl frames were perfected I ac
