From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with 5 star costumer service in an outstanding professional atmosphere. Mediation isn’t the most fun thing to be doing on any day of the week, but Matrix Mediation gives you a very pleasant experience. They have a fully stocked kitchen with various snacks and sodas, and homemade meatballs! Yum! Matrix only recruits the best, so when I say their mediators know their stuff and do their job well, I mean it! The desk employees are friendly and very concerned with how you are doing– they will tend to your every need. Now THAT’S impressive. Will definitely recommend, they are the only mediation firm I would ever use.

Matrix has awesome mediators, a 5-​star staff and the best accommodations!
Mediators– smaller mediation firm, however all the mediators that work there have lots of experience and you would be happy with anyone of them!
Staff– From the initial phone call scheduling to being welcomed you will have a 5-​star customer service experience. Probably one of the best thing about Matrix besides the great mediators.
Accommodations– They have rooms for all different sized parties with many rooms that have projectors and full setup a for any kind of presentation. Also, the matrix meatballs are tasty and the kitchen is always fully stocked with snacks, candy, soda, coffee and tea!!!
