In 2008, we bought a fixer upper. There were some issues with the house that required an exterminator. We called Hulett… eight years later, we still call Hulett. You will not find a better group of people. From the moment you sign a contract with them you are assigned a service person. You have the same service person every single time they are scheduled to come to your home. If you need service in between your scheduled appointment, Hulett will still send out your regular service person. This is very reassuring. We recently started hearing noises in the attic. My service person is Enrico. He came out and set a trap. He came the next day to check it. We did catch a small rodent. However, Enrico set another trap and came out for the next three days to check it. Each day the trap was empty. The story doesn’t end there. Hulett has an Exclusion Department. They are the people who figure out how critters get into your home and put together a plan to keep them out. I’m working with my Account Manager Jack. He personally came out to inspect the house. He got up on the roof, checked for possible entry points and sealed them. He placed metal grates in the eve vents and plans to do a smoke test tomorrow to make sure the critter didn’t come through the sewer pipes. I’ve heard about that being a possibility but never really thought it was true. Apparently it can actually happen. They really do care about their customers. I feel like they’ve always gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in my home. I highly recommend Hulett. You will not be disappointed.
