Hookah Inn Smoke Shop

Couldn’t get the coals changed, didn’t have the right mouth pieces so they kept falling off. The ice hose kept falling off because it wasn’t attached properly. Very aggravating. No flavor to the hookah. Complete waste of money.

I’d say the hookah; tobacco itself, presentation was pretty good. One issue is, they need to be changing the charcoal’s faster. I was sitting outside and I had to remind them to change the charcoal. Anyways, I sat on the couch for 2 hours, smoking. Hookah was well prepared, it lasted really really long. And I was lucky there was White Night, and I just watched all people passing by, party, had my hookah and tea. well, it was great. i’m going there again this evening to enjoy the street view and smoking outside.

If I can go to a place after work every night to completely ease my mind and my troubles, it would be this place. My friend and I visited the other night and as soon as we came in we were seated, eased into the environment (being that it was our first time), and served. Great music was playing, comfortable seating was arranged, and the lady was friendly. Overall great place, and we plan to come back soon.

Super chill and relaxed but really small. The crowd is very young high school aged. It’s a shop more than lounge. Only beer and wine. Tee shirt and jeans kinda place. Unorganized as well.

Rush is a great guy!!! awesome customer service prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is the best in west palm when it comes to hanging out with a group of friends and having a hookah and a few beers.

Best hookah lounge in south florida! Prices excellent, atmosphere great! Best mint tea you will ever drink and awesome prices for beer and wine! If you dont want to go clubbing and your not hungry but you want to lounge, snack, drink some beer and wine, smoke hookah hear great music and relax two words: Hookah Inn!

This’s the best place to relax and do business meeting or homework, or even have a good time with friends, free wifi, fresh fruit top hookah, they serve beer& wine, cigars almost everything… I come here almost every other day. I feel like home here best staff ever… They should defiantly open more than one spot

This place would get five stars if I was a 15 year old girl and trying to look cool. Seriously what’s up with all the teenagers drinking and smoking hookah in this place.

What a great place seriously would tell anyone to go here and get a hookah great place love the employees everyone really cares about you when you go there they always do their best I’ve been there many times if I wasn’t satisfied they would fix the problem immediately love this place

This was perhaps one of the worst experience for hookah ever. Comparing to the other hookah bars in the area, I would recommend Off the Hookah over this place. The place was very disappointing. When we arrived at the hookah bar, we were told that they would be open for another hour or two. We sit down and no one comes for roughly 20 minutes when other people around us were getting served. We got up to find a server and we were told is soon. We were confused and we talked to the original hostess. It turns out each of the servers had a different opinion on what time the bar would close. We told them that we didn’t want the hookahs anymore if they were closing soon. Almost immediately they gave us the two hookahs if «blue mist with mint» and «sweet tits» and said they were closing in two hours. That was when we knew we should have ran. The hookah bar reuses their pineapples to store the flavored tabacco, when we got their «sweet tits» flavor all of us couldn’t smoke it and it didn’t taste like anything but poison. We looked at the pineapple and inside was the sweet tits tabacco and remnants of other customer’s previous burnt tabacco. We should have paid for our drinks and left. We asked them to change the pineapple, and the server did so. We knew the blue mist didn’t have mint and we asked another server what flavor it was and he told us it was just blue mist without the mint. We told him we asked for it with mint, and he said that «since we’re closing, there’s no point in changing them.» Amazing customer service guys. We asked for the owner. To his credit, the owner came immediately to our table where he told us «if we didn’t have the money, we don’t have to pay for the hookah.» Yup, the owner called us poor. Go to any other hookah bar. It will be worth it. If I wanted to get berated by the owners and servers I would have rather gone to an modelling audition.

This place is great when the owner is in (50% of the time) and when he isn’t, it requires a lot of help.
The owner is from a middle eastern country, and most of his staff is too, and they are great at packing bowels and making you feel at home, but the other staff try to tell people why their hookah isn’t good and are arrogant, even though they can’t pack at all.
The seats are nice, but its hard to enjoy it as much with the very unsophisticated music that you’d find probably in a different environment, like a club

Great spot to hang out. My girlfriend and I were in town a few months back and found this place downtown. They sell wine by the glass or bottle, and you can request whatever you want to be played on the tvs. It was pretty empty so we alternated between something on MTV, and the game. Two bottles of wine and a few hours later, we called it a night but this place definitely satisfied the urge to go out for a few hours. The few people that were there made for some good conversation, and it was a nice night. We went back the following evening and met a few friends. I’m not sure that is recommend this place for a group, as the seating situation was very odd (we had the option of being squished, or a few people sitting away from the group on other couches) but in all fairness, the location is a little small. Next door is a Mediterranean place that serves food until I believe 4 am. A few of us grabbed some food, it wasn’t bad by any means, but I don’t know how well they would do if there were other options to the late night crowd that doesn’t want to venture far for food. The owners, Jess and her BF are very cool, oh and ask for a pineapple hookah. It’s great!

If you like to smoke hookah this is a great place to come too. Wide enough selections of flavors, mostly star buzz flavors if not all but that’s ok. A little small but once you get a nice spot it’s great for hanging out with friends. Very chill and friendly environment, will be back again for another session.

I came here on a Sunday night, there was amazing service and a very chill vibe. I would definitely come back here again. Great price for the hookah and drinks!
