I went to this salon since it has good reviews. I went to get my eyebrows waxed. The place looks nice yes! However, one of my eyebrows was waxed more than the other one so one is thinner. The lady insisted I get a manicure so I got the gel manicure. It was pretty yes! But two days later one started chipping and then another one and another one. N now a week later I have 7 nails chipped! It sucks because the only reason I got gel manicure www so it won’t chip. I don’t touch any chemicals to say that it chipped because of that! I am a mom and don’t have the luxury of being able to go to the nail salon all the time. What a bummer! I called and I was told to come in so they could fix it but again I’m a mom and I can’t go to nail salons whenever I want ! So I’m stuck with these horrible nails.

UPDATE: I got an infection. I hate these people.
My friend and I were looking for a place to have pedicures done and while driving found this one. I had a nice experience during the pedicure and the manicure however the way that they cut my nails is awful. They cut the ends of my toenails and now they are growing inwards and the nail tech I had (her name was Chou?) actually left a piece of nail that has been stabbing at me! I had to go to another place because my big toe was swollen and hurt so bad! The nail tech who helped fix my toe told me that they cut the sides of my nail circular and that until it fully grows out it will keep digging at my skin and I would have to get it checked every week or so… I am so angry! Why would a nail tech purposely cut my nails in a way that will grow poorly?! Even looking at the shape of my nails you can tell it will just keep growing inwards… I don’t know how to fix it.
They ended up upselling a shellac manicure as well and did the same to my finger nails even though I told them not to cut the ends, and that I wanted my nails to be shaped like ovals. She just kept repeating that she’d cut the ends and now they are square shaped.
The place looks nice but I am definitely never coming here again. If my big toe gets infected I will update.
2 stars because the experience at that moment was pleasant. –3 stars because they messed up my toe nails very badly.

Went an got a pedicure i must say worst pedi! my toenails were all uneven nail tech didnt do them square but some round, and when polished them it was worse to much nail polish and my french pedi line was to thick, i had to explain and keep stopping her every move she made, plus polish was wipped off some places and she left as is, manager charged me i front cashier and said whats wrong you dont look happy, looked at my toes and said oh well they look good! Really! Thats exactly why i didnt make a big fuss im just not coming next time rather spend my money at the ghetto nail salons in flea market than this place, looks nice inside 1 star

I love it! Very clean and really nice décor love that they all speak very good English understud everything they offer you water all the time and make sure you are doing great they are not over priced! It has been the best nail spa I have been to in many years

Im a person who is very picky about my nails. I do not like fake or acrylic or whatever its called. I simply prefer my natural nails. So, i went here praying to find someone who wouldnt try to pressure me into getting acrylic.
And i have found that person. Ann did an amazing job on my natural nails and gave me a very relaxing spa pedi!!! Their prices are great for the amazing services the staff provides. And the music is great!!! Lol Forever 21 Nails is now my #1 place to go for waxes and mani/​pedis.

Prices are great. They had a grand opening special which was 25% off which was great. The service is very good. They speak and understand English and are very accommodating. They tend to be busy on Saturdays but are also open on Sundays. They play great music in the background and offer water. Great place. Very refreshing.
