Business Owner

Robert has been appointed as a neutral business valuator in countless litigation cases across the country. He has completed hundreds of business valuations for a variety of purposes including marital dissolution, buy/​sell agreements, damages for disruption of business, partner disputes and divisions, estate and gift tax, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), dissenting shareholder actions and more. His knowledge, training and experience allow him to provide fair valuations that withstand even the closest scrutiny of opposing counsel, adverse parties and tax authorities.

In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Business Valuation Analyst (CVA), Forensic Certified Public Accountant (FCPA), Certified Forensic Financial Analyst (CFFA), Chartered Merger and Acquisition Professional (CMAP), and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), Robert holds a Doctorate Degree in Jurisprudence (J.D.) and studied finance at Harvard University.
