By combining farm fresh ingredients with personal hand crafted pizzas, Cucina presents an alternative to fast casual dining by offering fresh food, real fast.
Pizza, seasonal salad and sandwich options all start with fresh, high quality ingredients and may all be customized. Specialty pizzas are baked in a super-hot 800-degree wood fire oven, and served crisp, hot and delicious in a matter of minutes. The 12″ create-your-own option allows patrons to choose their dough (traditional, gluten-free or whole-wheat) and sauce (including oven roasted tomato, Parmesan crema, pesto, or roasted garlic purée). Followed by a multitude of tasty toppings such as cheese (ripped mozzarella, crumbled Maytag blue, herbed ricotta), protein (house made smashed meatballs, smoked bacon, oven rosemary grilled chicken breast, prosciutto) and veggie options (artichokes, mushrooms, fire roasted bell peppers and garlicky spinach).

The concept of Cucina was born due to the lack of natural, high quality food options available fast at affordable prices. Each detail has been well thought out to achieve the most premium offerings — using even the highest quality filtered water on the market today — to present gourmet-level dishes at reasonable prices.
