I was so disappointed. I work for a bank so i know the procedures.
This bank was absolutely SLOW. No customers in the branch or in the drive thru
NO EMPLOYEE was in the drive thru. Then someone finally came to the window and said hi but had NO IDEA how to open the drop carrier.
I sent 2 checks, both my own, one written for CHASE and the other WF. The teller immediately said «Sorry we wont be able to cash your checks unless you have an account here. Not only did she assume but she didnt even look at the checks in her hands to see the maker of the checks WAS ME.
I then told her i needed a roll of quarters. NOPE she didnt even pay attention to that. There was NO sense of URGENCY or ownership of any of the discrepencies. She just laughed and said have a good day. SMH
