We have been a customer for 20+ years. We remodeled our condo about 5 years ago and they did the job. They have had the service contract ever since. We now need compressors replaced and have called at least four times and after four weeks of calls they finally returned our call apologized and said they would get back to us in a week with pricing etc. that was five weeks ago and we have never heard from them. This used to be a good company… incompetence and neglect is now their culture… stay away from them!!!

My sister in law has used this company in Palm Beach for a while. I called for service, got a return call within a couple of days and appointment for service was completed. Service tech was very nice, and seemed knowledgable. I needed a part for my unit; I paid my bill and waited for a follow up call for part price. After calling three times & sending an email, it’s been four weeks and still no response price for part and no follow up! Typical South Florida company I guess… my question is — why is everyone in South Florida so UNRELIABLE!
