Camp Gladiator

Awesome! I do not like to exercise but after a few sessions at CG with Erika Strimer, i knew it was right for me. The setting is awesome, the time flies, everyone is made to feel part of the group, and you’ll feel great. I have been going side March 2013 (took some time off over summer) and now started back in the fail. I am now at the point where I look forward to going… Its well worth the $ because no gym fees and you essentially have a personal trainer as many times per week as you want.

Love Camp Gladiator! I attend the camp in Jupiter and cannot say enough great things. Never thought I could do it but love where I am at with fitness today because of it. Just try it. You will like it.

Ok, are you READY! I was introduced to CG PALM BEACH through a friend who thought I’d love it and sure enough I DO! Erika Laura Strimer is the head trainer for Camp Gladiator West Palm Beach chapter. After one session with CG I KNEW this was something for me. Giving you some of my background: I am an avid gym goer, I don’t mess around when I do my workout. I have a very intense workout routine that is non-​stop that combines interval sprints and weight lifting. I knew that if bootcamp was going to work, it had to be hard enough for me to match my current routine at the gym. I was recently doing insanity with a friend and was averaging calorie burn of 450 each time. I used my polar heart rate monitor the first night at bootcamp and the result was in the 530’s. The sweat I poured out was just as much as my normal workout, to say the least I was not let down. Erika’s a ball of refreshing energy who makes the workouts fun and different EVERY time. Once you meet her she will make you want to come back again and again. Another thing I like is that it’s go at your own pace. If you are just getting into a workout routine and need to take it easy, you can. There are all types of people who come, ages, body types and fitness levels. I LOVE CAMP GLADIATOR! CG WUT WUT!
