Café Sapori is a really good Italian restaurant. I enjoyed myself quite a bit. I started out with a mixed green salad with cheese. I loved it! The salad was followed by Penne Pasta in Vodka sauce. It was creamy, tomatoey and very tasty. The main course was very thin chicken in a lemon and white wine sauce. It was tender and quite delicious. For dessert, we had wonderful Tiramisu in Espresso sauce. It was frankly fantastic. Some of the best Tiramisu I’ve ever had, really creamy and accompanied by very good coffee. I really enjoyed this meal, simple but terrific! This was my first trip to Café Sapori, but it won’t be my last. Service was exceptional. I left feeling satisfied but not too full. Thanks to Café Sapori for a beautiful meal!

This was very much a «yo-yo» dinner for me. It had it’s ups and down. To start, we had a very nice basket of fresh bread. The loaves were chewy and flavorful, the foccacia was warm and tender with a nice garlic flavor and tiny tomato halves baked into the crust. From the great bread, we moved on to a very average to low average salad. The presentation was lovely, but the salad wasn’t well chilled. It had a large amount of radicchio which added color to the salad but was more bitter than any I’ve ever had. The selection of greens was a nice variety. There were strands of carrot that were like angel hair pasta, long and difficult to manage gracefully. There were also some thin slices of grilled zucchini which just didn’t seem to fit in with the salad. It was dressed with a bland dressing, I could taste only olive oil and a very small amount of vinegar. It was topped with a paper thin slice of parmesan, about 4×4 in. square. While this made for an interesting presentation, it would have been better shredded so that it could have been mixed more evenly with the salad. Next was the entrée. I went with a chicken breast topped with a white wine and butter sauce. Sides were mixed sautéed veggies and ricotta dumplings in a vodka sauce. Again, the presentation was very nice. The chicken was at a proper temperature. In the dim light, I noticed large patches of dark brown hiding under the sauce. The chicken was very thin, tender but a little dry. The dark patches were the problem, they were saltier than the rest of the breast and had a texture like very thin cardboard. It took me a bit to figure out that this was from the meat sticking to the pan when browning and being scraped off the pan for serving. I thought maybe it was just mine, but noticed the same thing in the other pics of the same dish in the reviews here, so I guess that’s just how they do it. The sauce was very good with the right balance of butter, wine and lemon. It saved the dish. As for the side dishes, the pasta was on the tepid side, and the veggies a few degrees cooler. The ricotta dumplings were chewy, maybe just a bit undercooked, but the sauce was terrific. The veggies had too much oil and not much flavor. For dessert, I threw caution to the wind and had the tiramisu. It was cool, creamy and full of flavor. I shouldn’t have, but I ate the whole thing and it was a good sized piece. At least if you’re going to have a yo-yo dinner, it’s really nice to end on a high spot.

OPENLATER than most places, you can arrive till 11pm and they will serve you. Have thin crust pizza and share as an appetizer. Try the broiled veal chop or roasted chicken or broiled salmon as an entrée. Dale likes the pounded steak with chopped tomatoes on top… and they have gluten free pasta on the menu We find ourselves eating«outside» more often than not as it’s more quiet

We arrived for. 6:15 reservation– that’s all we were able to get and the restaurant was dead. We sat in the courtyard which was beautiful. The waiter handed us two menus but no wine list. We asked for recommendations and the waiter mentioned a few«popular» dishes. We had the risotto balls to start– nothing special. Then split a chicken Parmesan which was very good, big portion. Then had two half orders of pasta– Oricette with broccolini and ricotta and gnocchi, which were both very good. Finished up with the cheesecake, which was delicious. The maitre d’ walked around greeting everyone, refilling water glasses and didn’t even make eye contact with us– it seemed as though we were purposely ignored as we were among the youngest couple in the restaurant(we are aged 39 and 42). It took nearly 25 minutes to get the waiters attention to bring us more water and the check. Service started off great then as the restaurant got busier it definitely suffered. We are locals and it seems like the restaurant was full of Palm Beachers, snowbirds and vacationers. We live in Palm Beach Gardens and frankly, our North County restaurants are just as good if not better than this with a much better attitude and you don’t feel as though you are dining in a retirement home. Not worth the drive.

This restaurant has delicious Italian cuisine, and a very romantic ambiance. The service is wonderful, and I had a delightful birthday dinner there with my family.

Convenient entry off Southern Blvd. Valet parking. Good outside seating and excellent service. Although in my element here I usually go early for good seating and to avoid the occasional loud know-it-all blowhards snow birds or too rich. Fish options good. Drinks well made.

Love this place. People staff food service ambiance is always on point. Margarita pizza is fresh along worth the bread. Gnocchi Sapori is always always a safe and delectable bet. One of those bets where you eat far more than you honestly should. Drinks are strong. But most importantly the people and the service is what keeps myself and my family coming back. Can’t wait to be back up in west palm again soon.

Tonight the Salmon, lobster, tuna carpaccio w/fry shrimp appetizer was outstanding, the homemade Veal Ravioli with truffle oil and mushrooms was even more delicious. We started off with one of the best Caesar salad’s we’ve ever eaten and… the Ripasso was splendid. Café Sapori you rocked it tonight.

I had the pleasure of dining with a friend . The ambiance was beautiful with works of art adorning the walls. As the sun goes down, the lights followed and we find ourselves dining by candlelight. I started off with a gorgeous salad. Mixed greens on a bed of thinly sliced and roasted zucchini surround by roma tomatoes and topped with a shaved slice of Parmesan cheese. Next came a sauteed chicken cutlet with Parma prosciutto in a lemon wine sauce. Simply outstanding. It was served with ricotta cheese dumplings in a pink vodka sauce. The food was delicious. The best Italian food I have ever eaten. I am not a fan of Tiramlsu. My friend encouraged me to order it. And now I know why I never liked it. All restaurants I have had it did not know how to make it. Well this was not to be with Café Sapori. It came to the table as a small cake. It was made with an outstanding expresso sauce. It was so heavenly, so light, so fluffy. It just melted in your mouth. An explosion of mana sent from heaven. It awoken a multitude of taste buds. If you want Tiramisu, this is the restaurant to have it in. You will not be disappointed. Service was excellent. I will be back. This restaurant is highly recommended.

Café Sapori is like a hidden gem. Upon arriving the valet greeted us with a smile, then we were greeted by the door by the manager and escorted to our table. It has a very nice atmosphere. We started off with the Mixed green salad with zucchini, tomatoes and shaved Parmesan cheese. It was very good. All I can say is the bread was delicious and they kept bringing more out without asking. Dinner was ricotta cheese dumplings on a delicious vodka sauce, and two generous sized chicken cutlets with Parma prosciutto in a lemon wine sauce. For dessert I had coffee and the best ever Tiramisu, it was delicious! The food is fantastic and our waiter was fabulous! I was there with a group of people and I loved how they served the ladies first! Very classy! I would definitely recommend going to Café Sapori.

This was such a classy restaurant! The service was impeccable and the food was delicious! I had the chicken cutlet with lemon wine sauce that also came with homemade ricotta cheese pasta with vodka sauce. The bread was delicious and they kept bringing more to the table without asking. I had gelato which was creamy and delicious! I would definitely go back!

Long time fan! My family has frequented Café Sapori since they opened and still come here frequently. Italian restaurants come and go in Palm. Café Sapori is in it for the long run providing superior food and service we have come to count on over the years as many others come and go. We know we’ll get exactly what we want and that consistency is much appreciated. The staff couldn’t be kinder regardless of their position. The valets are just as good as the wait staff and the managers. Total class act all around. That being said, my family tends to get the same dishes here during each visit. We call it our comfort food. On occasion we’ll try a daily special which we’re always more than pleased with. Still we have our favorites! Anything with artichokes is guaranteed to be delicious. The first thing I ever had here many years ago was the gnocchi. As filling as it is I still find myself ordering it as a guilty pleasure as a once or twice a year treat. It’s quite filling so I often have leftovers I share with the rest of the table. During the rest of the year, for something lighter, I stick with the Penne Piccanti. The sauce is amazing. I believe they also do half portions but it’s not indicated on the menu. If you ask they’ll be more than happy to give a smaller portion. The chef is magnificent and accommodating regardless of the request and is especially attentive to allergies. We have a few crazy allergies in our family and, knock on wood, have never had a problem here. So many thanks to the waiters and chefs for taking our allergies into consideration! Overall, don’t waste your time on the other severely overpriced Italian restaurants flooding the vicinity. You cannot go wrong here. Both the food and the people will leave you happy.

Don’t GO! Something has changed in the last couple years. From the first impression to the last it was tragic. The greasy haired flannel shirt hostess in sneakers could barely be bothered with greeting us. Our waiter rolled his eyes when we asked for the wine list. The staff could not be bothered, the management was oblivious to everyone and the customers and at 9:30 the staff was flipping the chairs over our heads to close as they served us the bill. Terrible service, chauvinistic, crass staff. The food was very good but we would NEVER go back as they couldn’t wait to get out of there and us out of there at 10:00 pm. They have Palm Beach prices and trying to claim they are just as good. Go to Palm Beach instead!

Stopped in here early on a Tuesday after a day of traveling. I came in straight from the airport, tired and hungry. The place was empty as I got inside just before any other people arrived for dinner, but after everyone was gone from the lunch crowd. I was so tired and hungry that almost anything would have been well received. I had parts of the roasted artichokes and the cesare salad. The service was very good and the bread looked tasty. By the time my entrée arrived, the Pollo Arrostito, a chicken with lemon, dried figs, rosemary and potatoes, I was feeling human again. This was a great dish. Although I don’t remember any dried figs, instead they had a fig reduction sauce on the chicken. I plan on going back on a night were I am ready to fully experience the restaurant. In the meantime it provided an excellent repast after a difficult day.

Visited a friend in West Palm Beach and introduced me to this classy Italian restaurant. It was a Sunday evening around 9pm and the place was already empty. They probably only had 2 other tables with couples. A very energetic server greeted us and sat us right away. I was impressed with his knowledge of the menu and enthusiasm. Started with La Bruschetta, toasted Italian bread topped with diced fresh tomato and roasted peppers, hearts of palm and octopus. Very fresh and the bread was toasted just right. not burnt. I ordered the Grilled European Sea Bass in oil and lemon with diced mixed vegetables. Wow, fresh, flaky and simple ingredients done right. My friend got the Braised veal ossobuco with saffron risotto. Tender and juicy… served in perfect temperature, and the risotto was excellent as well. I just wish the place was more alive with people. Maybe we came in the wrong night? But then again, the busier the place is… the food quality suffer sometimes. The food and service in this establishment were more than satisfactory… they know how to execute a fine dining experience. Will try to come back when I visit West Palm next time.

Its funny how sometimes the best places to go are the ones we seem to overlook just because they are too close or too familiar. With Café Sapori being less than a half mile from my home, I’m guilty as charged. But a girlfriend suggested we meet for a drink the other night to catch up and what was suppose to be a brief get together over one or two cocktails at the bar, turned into a full evening of dining delight. Starting at the bar we decided to move to a table to share a couple appetizers. The presentation and amazing flavors of what was served was a pleasant surprise, everything was perfectly seasoned and of the highest quality. It seemed the obvious choice for us was to step it up with a fabulous bottle of wine to compliment the Mozzarella Burrata and beef carpaccio. Naturally after this entrees were a must! After sharing the incredible veal meatballs and the perfect scaloppini, it struck me that one of the best Italian restaurants in Palm Beach county has literally been in my back yard. Francesco Blanco, the owner has the gift of combining the perfect balance of simplicity and elegance. Anyone who knows Francesco from his previous gig, managing Bice in Palm Beach knows what I’m talking about. All the best things Bice became known for in the 1990’s came from this man and his attention to detail — he has created an atmosphere that’s fun, classic, sexy and elegant without being stuffy or feeling old. And while people still flock to Bice given its great location off Worth Avenue, the sparkle it had moved over the bridge with Francesco to the restaurant he opened known as Café Sapori. The staff is buttoned up and offers a level of service that is professional, personable and friendly. I’ve made the mistake of not going here nearly as often as I should(something that will change moving forward) yet I was greeted by the Maître de as if I had dined there just days before. The dining room is very pretty with the ever present breath taking center piece, an explosion of white orchids that is always so beautiful that it is hard to believe its actually real. And if you prefer dining al fresco, the garden patio is always a nice comfortable option. In closing I will say that Francesco and his staff delivered an evening that surpassed all of my expectations once again supporting my belief that the best restaurants are the ones where the owner is the operator — Café Sapori is no exception to this rule!

We came just after opening on a Saturday morning so the restaurant was mostly empty. Our server was very patient and friendly. The food is at least a 4.5÷5. I could taste the grill marks on the chicken in my sandwich, but the bread is excellent. My grandmother drooled over her sea bass. She’d had it before and says it’s the best she’s had and she is somewhat of a sea bass connoisseur. My grandfather was disappointed with the amount of salmon in his meal. My mom loved the mixed bean soup and her pizza was delicious. It’s a little pricey but the food is worth it.

Love this place!!! It is one of my favorite in Palm Beach area. I have been there several times with a friend of mine to have lunch, dinner, late night, etc… From the host to the waiters and servers everyone is very attentive and knowledgeable. The environment in this Italian restaurant is quiet and very classic with an interior design that it is modern and very cozy having fresh flowers abound. My friend know very well the owners and senior staff which always are very attentive and courteous. I went there for dinner and I had LATTUGAROMANAALLACESARE(Caesar salad) which it was really well prepared & served, and I had SPAGHETTICONPOLPETTE(Spaghetti with meatballs) which it was very tasteful & well prepared, cooked & served. Dessert is a MUSTHAVE, and I enjoy very much the TORTINOALGIANDUIA E ZABAIONE(Warm chocolate cake with old zabaione sauce and hazelnut gianduia ice cream). Also, they have a very variety Wine List, and of them are very full body & tasteful. I will recommended it as an amazing dinner experience!!!

With so darn many Italian restaurants to choose from but so few really good ones, it was a real treat for me to run into Café Sapori. As with most really good Italian foods, it’s all in having uniquely distinct flavors in a dish of deceivingly simply preparation and as far that would define it, Café Sapori definitely delivered. I had a unique octopus, shaved thin mixed into a perfectly textured home made pasta, covered in a white sauce of cheese, mushroom and other ingredients that proved to be totally delicious having a superb balance of flavors. My dinning companion had the Fettuccini Integrali al Cinghaile which consisted of a wheat pasta, wild boar sausage, leeks and shitake mushrooms. Again, it was delightful, well balanced and distinct with robust full bodied flavors. The restaurant itself is superbly appointed with a pleasant clean well organized stately appearance. I’d go Five Stars, but since this was only my first dinning experiences here and consider consistency as being one of the most important factors in rating a restaurant, I can only go Four Star plus. Another very nice feature of Café Sapori is that you can make your reservations with Unilocal
